Please add a 0 option, VA's accounts department doesn't deserve a star. Name and shame. Yamkela Masi since 23Sept never responded to my email. Called their accounts department twice thereafter with promises to get back to me after talking to their team leaders, those call getting into 2025 never came through. I honestly wish there was a better rival, I think this is not even their standards overseas. Entire accounts department needs a complete overhaul!
1.8kg protein tub is supposed to be full or at least 3/4full right so why would I find mine HALF FULL! Im hating myself fir changing brands and giving NPL a shot, I feel ******. Bought it from Dischem Cresta this weekend, SO DISAPPOINTED. Going back to my old brand, at least I didn't get shocked when I open my tubs, so much for trying out new brands🚮🚮🚮

I know it's not online but most likely when I bought winter blankets cash from the Cresta branch and they took my details to contact me when my parcel arrived. 20sms in 1 month, I have reported as spam and blocked, I even did a survey and gave a 0 rating coz of the e never ending bombarding with sms' from different Home Choice numbers. Please delete my contacts or remove me from all mailing lists
Always a pleasure dealing with Bright and Kuben. Worked out a good deal 3yrs for the most comfortable matress my daughter sleeps on. Still the best mattress we have in the house
No regrets dealing with FNB whatsoever, I don't know how people that bank with SB deal! How hard is it for SB to find out which collections attorneys they sent my husband's outstanding loans to (I am aware of the the POPIA act, we are calling together) !!!!!!!!! Their system still has a name from 2022, spent time and airtime getting the run around. We have to unfortunately call again at the end the day or tomorrow just to get a name that should be loaded already on the system. That will be call 3. Automated Hello Peter responses speak volumes . I'm glad we are with FNB, this is just frustrating!!!!!
Worst experience ever, 4yrs later after sending emails to hcrecoveries1@homechoice.co za, contact@homechoice, lost count of the calls to them, calls and emails to Nimble Group I still have a debt outstanding from 2020! Nimble sent you my paid up letter back then, I also did and LEGAL has never bothered to clear me or respond. The 1021 landline number has never gone through, ever I think LEGAL deliberately ignores their phones but try the sales department you get through instantly . I wonder if the owner of HC knows how much business he has lost due to such incompetency. Employ people who want to work, no just sales order takers. My 2 sisters wanted to order blankets, I warned them to stay away!
Recoveries accounts department is a nightmare to get to. Lagged on my payments but settled my account in full in 2021 July through their collectors Credit Worx ref 17HC08061. I even forwarded the email to the recoveries department with the hope of getting my name cleared, noone responded to me. Took my plea to Facebook and Google reviews, a year later according to their sales department I'm still owing. I actually wanted to order again but Im blocked, my credit scoring is also suffering! Greatly disappointed in Homechoice.
