Hi I have purchased some items online via the app, however it was a bad experience from the beginning. I needed to return some items for Online order # MAK4089630 amount was R 547.00 and the order was placed on 28 November 2022, initially i struggled to use the app as it would not accept the return, I then tried online but was still unsuccessful, eventually I sent an email and was responded to a few days later. The collection was scheduled however to date I have not received my refund. I then send another email and Mpho Moruthane responded to say that it was not processed and the i should wait and if i dont receive the refund that i should contact the Hello Peter Team. Dear Makro please assist to process this refund.
I have placed an order for an item on the 17th August 2022, to date i have not received the item. There is not contact information or anyone to call on their website or on the internet, this should have been the first to tip me off that this might be a scam website. After sending an email i had to wait some time for a response, and eventually received a tracking number for their website, when i tried to track online the delivery date had changed, i waited for the new delivery date however that passed also. Now when i log in i get the following message "Order status: We're so sorry if you've waited past our usual lead time for delivery! We are aware of this delay and are contacting our delivery partners to expedite delivery." After numerous email i got responses such as the item still on its way and will be delivered the next week. After that was unsuccessful the new excuse is that it is the couriers fault, i requested a tracking number for the courier guy and the excuse i got was that there is 1 tracking number for all customers and i am not allowed to view other customers information. this is very suspicious that only 1 tracking number is being used for all customers and that i cannot contact the courier guy to track my parcel individually. I have dealt with the courier guy in the past and they are excellent with their service so this does not make any sense. After the last email, i am being ghosted by Adiel Seyed who is the Head of Customer Support. Unfortunately I cannot call them directly, so the next option is to physical visit their offices to try to get a resolution. My advice stay far away from Dealsdaily.co.za, they are a bunch of scam artists posing as a legitimate online store. I should have paid the extra and order through reputable online stores

I had a disappointing experience at the cell store. I purchased an iPhone 7 CPO online and went to their premises at Loftus Stadium to collect however after struggling to find the office, i discovered that it was a small office not clearly marked. Upon approaching the security gate the person attending to me didnt open the gate and spoke to me through the gate which made me feel like some sort of criminal, after complaining he reluctantly opened the gate and continued to studying my invoice and email regarding the collection, next he proceeded to the next room and closed the door in my face again making me feel like i was there to steal. after about 20-25 minutes he emerged from the room with an opened box with the phone upon opening the phone i was disappointed as this was a used phone with scratches and marks on the glass and back, i then questioned if this was a CPO or Apple Certified Previously Owned and they said that it was. and that i should read on their website that this is what a CPO should look like. prior to purchasing this phone i did some research and according to apple a CPO devices is as follows: " It is tested for full functionality and comes with a new IMEI number and outer body" which is what i was expecting (see link below) https://www.myistore.co.za/what-is-a-certified-pre-owned-iphone-or-iphone-cpo . Hence either this is false advertising or apple CPO means different if not purchased from apple themselves. I had previously purchased a CPO device from the istore and it was an excellent phone which served me well Please beware of this company and these CPO devices
