He is the best GP you can find in JOHANNESBURG. He has helped my whole family, he goes the extra mile to attend to your health needs, he doesn't hesitate to involve specialists when needed and he follows up. My mother was very sick with little hope, we thought she was not gonna make it, but Dr Mphahlele got every relevant Dr's and specialists to attend to her. Happy to say she is now better than ever before. I have never been to such a caring Dr like this one. If you stay around Kempton Park or Joburg areas I can 100% recommend this Dr.
Their service is very poor since the day I lost my car they have not assisted me instead they add to my frustration. I spoke to a consultant asking t speak to chantal Dipenaar who's their manager she blatantly refused and told me she's busy on the phone. The very same Chantall was so rude to me when I asked her about an email I sent regarding recovery warranty and he only responded to that email 4 days later. I am very disappointed with the service since day 1 of losing my car it has been hide and seek till today it is more than a month now.
I bought 1gig data bundle on the 18/08/18 and never received that data, i called the contact centre on the following day was told by the consultant that there was a network problem which was resolved and will receive my data ASAP but nothing. Called again on the after two days got through to a rude male consultant who told me that he was human too when i asked for the team leader dropped the call on me after making me wait for 30 min. I called again last friday got Lindo who told me that his team leader Sibongile Malinga said she will call me back never received that call. I then called again asked for this team leader who turned out to be even more useless than the consultant made me hold for about 20 min only to tell me that she doesn't know what the problem is because the incident was logged and that she was going to follow up on it and give me a call back when i asked about the previous call she promised she told me she had too many people to call, she was busy. To this day i have not received the 1gig that i bought from Telkom on the 18 of August. Can someone who knows their job description at telkom credit me with my data so that i can use it and port to a network that value, respects and knows how to treat its customers. This is the most terrible service that i have ever received from all South African networks Telkom takes the cup.
<p>My account was handed over and i paid it in full on the 6th of August 2015 i then called edgars over and over for a paid up letter eventually received it and was told that credit bureau will be updated accordingly until now it has not been updated when i called transunion was told that edgars did not update anything on my name since 2014 when i called them the cosultant told me that they updated it on the 20th of November 2015 but wherever i go this account is picked up and it reflects as owed, their consultant couldnt explain that sad part is i was buying a house i couldnt even get it because of this account reduced my scoring on credit bureau and when i went to them no one was willing to assist me at their stores or call centre i am stuck with a negative account that was paid up over a year ago . Please assist.</p>
Mid February I saw airtime on my phone so I called vodacom to find out where it came from and I was told it is RNCS that put me on a contract which I knew nothing about and never heard of when I enquired I was told its acting on behalf of Edgars, I was surprised because I no longer even have an account at Edgars so I called this RNCS call centre to cancel the contract which never happened till today, I called for more than 10 times with no assistance whatsoever all I have is lots of reference numbers still stuck with a contract I never requested which is against the law. When I asked these consultant to speak to their manager they refused, when I ask to be transfered to their cancellation department they still refuse claiming that cancellation is going to call me back which never happened. This is ruining my credit record especially since I never requested a contract now they refuse to cancel it and their call centre is full of rude consultants who are not willing to help. I am sick of being stuck with something I never asked for with no one willing to take responsibility for it because even these references they gave me are useless when there is no one following up on them.

I went to update my personal details, was told at the door that documents were correct by Percy who checked for me and then two hours later after waiting for my number to be called was told the documents were incorrect by the consultant who attended me when I told her that they were confirmed she said she confirmed with the branch manager, So I went back to ask the one at the door which is this Percy but why did you tell me that the documents were correct he said it was a mistake and then he laughed at me, when I asked to speak to the branch manager he said no she's busy when I said go call her, let her tell me she's busy herself he told me no if I want to see her I must wait for the branch to close and the whole time he was laughing making a fool me and he even told me I can stand there the whole day if I like he is not going to call her for me because he already told me that he made a mistake and that their branch manager is busy. If he was able to do that to me how many clients does he do that to and I am pregnant my blood pressure went up sky high because of him and I have been banking at Capitec for more than five years now to be getting such treatment from a consultant.
