We submitted a complaint to JHB Water about our meter spraying out water. It has been three days, and no one has come to inspect the issue. We are wasting water, and after calling twice, a representative assured us that someone would be sent to take a look. We are still waiting for a response.
I am facing several issues with the Cartrack customer care and scheduling department. I have been a customer for more than 6 years and am disappointed with the customer service. I purchased a new car on September 25th, but they only collected the old unit from my old car on October 1st. I received an SMS saying that the new unit would be installed on Saturday, September 28th, but I am still waiting. I have been calling them and they put me on hold for 30 minutes I called back in total, and I was on the phone for an hour and 10 minutes. They claimed that all the managers had gone home at 15:00, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then the call was dropped. I am extremely unhappy and am considering switching to Matrix / Netstar because of their better customer service. Furthermore, Cartrack has blocked me from contacting 011 250 3000. If my car gets ****** in the next week or so, I don't know how long I will have to wait for them to install the unit in my new car. I will hold Cartrack responsible for any such incidents. The personnel are rude and put you on hold for more than half an hour, then they have to answer again then put you on hold again.

I paid R500 for my daughters Covid test on the 02/02/2022 I am still waiting for my money I spoke to numerous people, even Eddie (REF: 8550916854) phoned me and told me they are busy with my claim, with all do respect Discovery says it takes 2-3 days to pay back your money mine is taking 1 month. I don’t have Cash to pay this is why I am on a medical aid (Discovery) , the last time someone updated me was last week Thursday a whole week ago where Eddie said he will let me know. My daughter tested Positive so I don’t see why I don’t get my money back. This is the second time now that I claim and I don’t receive my money back. The first time it was R900 years ago which I paid and I sent everything through to the Claims department where they told me they did not receive the email then I resent the email to the email address the lady gave me and I was told a week after that they did not receive that email so I just left it as it is a inconvenience to me. So Discovery has costed me R1400 now which I will not leave this R500 as well. I am a single mother of 3 kids and don’t have money to just throw in the water. Every penny counts.
I logged a Claim for R500 on the 02/02/2022 I am Still waiting payment a man phoned me on the 06/02 after I had to complain about no one Phoning me to tell me what is going on with my claim, he said he sorted it ALL out with Lancet - Today 14/02 I had to phone again asking what is going on Why if this is such a GREAT medical aid do The Customer have to phone to follow up - I was told 2-3 days to get my money back - it's been almost 2 and a half weeks. I Spoke to a lady she will only email the guy that phoned me now to ask what is going on with my Claim - This is Such bad service - She said that she will find out what is going on and come back to me which I don't think will happen. BAD SERVICE - 4 Hours later and I am still waiting for her to phone me back - Eddie phoned me last week Thursday saying the money will be paid in NO MONEY NO PHONE CALL - REF8550916854

I am under debt counselling so that means that my Debt Counsellor pays the Companies that I owe money - So on the 26th October Absa VF took R2669.60 off my account, on the 27th I phoned them asking for a Refund they asked for a Statement and I emailed it to the email adress that was given to me, since then I phone everyday asking for MY MONEY back. Everyday they say that The Manager is busy with my Request - How long does it take to Refund what is not yours. I have no airtime left as I used it ALL on phoning Absa - I want my Refund - They have very bad service as Yesterday I was busy telling the lady that answered my call what I need to still pay with the money ABSA took and she put me on hold. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
