Ever since I've been a customer of you guys I've never had problems. Even if I had a dispute about something you sorted it out for me. Just really wanted to say thank you for the excellent service and affordable prices. I would recommend you guys to anyone! The best courier service in SA.
I just really want to take the time to thank you for your excellent service. In a country like South Africa with poor service it's so refreshing to have a supplier who really cares about their customers. Keep up the good service, you guys rock!

My internet went down on Friday, 12th June so I logged a call with mweb. Their service was great in the beginning, phoned me back the following day and said a technician is looking into it. On Monday, 15th June they said the fault should be with Telkom as they can't see anything wrong on their side. They also said I have to wait 5 - 7 working days for Telkom to sort it out. On the 7th day I phoned to follow up on the progress and they told me it has been esculated, all they can do it wait for a Telkom technician to be assigned. Every day I followed up and on the 10th day they said maybe it's best if I phone Telkom myself. So I did and a Telkom technician was here the following day only to tell me my modem isn't working!!<br> <br> No one even thought to tell me maybe it's the modem and I need to get it tested first. Telkom is now going to charge me a call out fee and I had to undergo extra unnecessary expenses like buying prepaid data just to get some work done in the meantime but that didn't even help because I rarely have 3G connection.<br> <br> I need someone to get this issue sorted out urgently and I hope this will get some sort of reaction from you guys because phoning & emailing doesn't work
