The company took almost a month to deliver a replacement card from the bank. The delay was very inconveniencing since the previous card ended up expiring while waiting for the new card to be delivered by DSV. The card was only delivered after I phoned to make follow up on several occasions. The service was dismal from the DSV!!!!!
This establishment did not live up to the expectation. The rooms' cleanliness was not good. The rooms in the chalet were dusty especially on the floor. Although I specified my needs when making a booking and was told that the chalet is wheelchair friendly, it was not accessible at all. There is a big step at the entrance which made me not able to navigate entry and exit independently. The shower was inaccessible as it has a big step. This made my staying experience not enjoyable.

Matebello was very professional in her dealing with the request. She listened patiently and clarified matters with respect and professionalism it deserved. She made a follow up call to ensure that I received the e-mails she sent and that I understood the contents therein. Her client focus and customer orientation is certainly above expectation.
