I bought a Toyota Starlet Cross XR 2024 in Aug 2024. Only had iT for a short period and reported that it rattles. One year later, 4 book-ins (they asked to fix it again), and the problem is still there. Head office doesn't even comes back to me. The branch suggested a new car, higher payment per month. Really bad service. One buy a brand new car, just to find out that you will sit with problems.
I submitted a claim a week ago, with a supporting document from a well known technician, with regards to my fridge that is not repairable due to lightning damage. Hollard send someone else and that company claimed that the fridge is no longer working due to wear and tear. After the claim was lodged, 5 days after, I had to phone and phone to ask for the report, only to find out that the claim was rejected. Seem like Hollard do not care about their customers. Don’t even phone back. After a week of waiting - food going down etc. Very bad service. I have 2 different reports, saying 2 different things, but they do not care.
Firstly we struggle to get the deal done and get the Bakkie in Bloemfontein. After a week and a half we finally got the bakkie. There was still things not right with the bakkie and had to take it to fix it. The salesman and the brand manager said we must pay for the repairs and they will pay the money back the next day, it is now 3 weeks later and still did not receive the refund from the branch. We have the bakkie for 4 weeks now, and the bakkie it still not registered in our name. Really poor service. Every time when we make contact, there is a number of excuses and more promises.
