****MERs - deposits paid - work not completed!
(Actual business name is RDS Roller Shutter Doors) Absolutely disguised in the service from this company. I paid a deposit to get a cover made for my roller shutter door, only for them to NEVER arrive to complete the work. All attempts at communication has been ignored and if they answer their phones ...They have "Bad signal" and turn their phone off!

Disguising returns policy
I am absolutely disguised with Rage. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes online (I have a very busy schedule and don't have a store anywhere near me). Both were ordered in a size 6. 1 pair arrived in a size 6, but the other arrived in a size 8. I emailed them and asked them to rectify their mistake. They replied saying that apologies but their returns policy only allows returns to be done in store. I then called in and explained that the mistake was from their side and number 1; I don't have time to find a store and number 2; I don't have a store near me. Again I was basically told in a very rude manor from the apparent customer service manager that tough luck that's their policy. So I proceeded to drive around to 2 stores to exchange these shoes but neither branches had the correct size and colour. I got told by the Fourways branch that Bel Airs has stock - to which I asked them to please get the stock sent over and once again no one is prepared to help and said no sorry they don't do this. So now after wasting my time, fuel and money I am still stuck with the wrong size shoe!!!! I will NEVER purchase another item from Rage. This is disguising customer service and I will be looking into the CPA to get this rectified.

Good citizens
<p>I just want to say thank you to the manager and owner at the Kyalami on Main store. We had a security issue in the store on Sunday 2 April but they have been fantastic and helped us as wherever they can. They have kept in touch and followed up on the situation. Thank you, we truly appreciate it.</p>
