The new Always Ultra Thin sanitary pads design is horrible and uncomfortable. Please change it back.
I keep on receiving some sort of demand for some sort of service I don't know about. It is so frustrating. Is there no way to get rid of these scammers??? I will not pay. Once made that mistake.
I took out a policy with Vodacom. After I did some research I decided to cancel the policy. I used the customer service email address provided for queries or cancellations to cancel the policy. I received no feedback in two days. After Vodacom received my emails one of their consultants have been giving me missed calls all the time. My phone only ring once. There is no time to answer the phone when it only ring once. When I do answer the phone the consultant pretends he can't hear me and there is nothing wrong with my network. <br> After that he continues with the missed calls.<br> Just cancel the policy and stop with the annoying missed calls
My data usage was Never this high. They even tell you what you used it for and before I used the same data amount and it was never this high. Took my whole salary to pay the amount left me with nothing for a month how selfish can such a large company be. I recommend all Vodacom customers strongly to find another service provider. I have to down graded my contract and I was on a reasonable contract.
I have send an email as their phones are not working to cancel my membership and still I have paid this month
