Beginning of September 2021, i purchase a vehicle at Nissan Sinoville, for the whole process of applying for finance i was assisted by the gentleman called Mr Musa Gama The vehicle (Nissan Magnite) took months to arrive in SA, but with the encouragement from Musa Gama i waited patiently for the car. On Tuesday 23/11/2021 the car finally arrived, and he immediately called me. Wow what a wonderful service i received from the dealership, Musa and other staff was so so so goood. I was treated like the only customer, i was assisted with passion and respect. I would like to send my happiest gratitude to Mr Gama and all the BB Nissan Sinoville staff. I have a contract phone with cell c, 2 days ago I was updating my software and the sim card got damaged. I called them for sim swap assistance. They asked me few questions and told me I failed them,and I must wait for 24 hours to call again. The next day same **** they gave me again,.Their service is soooooo pathetic, and annoying. For 3 days I don't have a phone, for just a simple sim swap.

I was under debt review for the past 5 years, Debteraser help me from the beginning until I finished. Paul and Trudy Pillay will send me the statement on monthly basis and the paid up letters in time. Trudy will always assist me every time I need help, Lastly Fransie from account department send me the clearance certificate and some advises. I am really happy about their service.
