Appalling!!!
I went there a month back did a full service coupled with paying an extra 1000 to have them check for any niggly's only to find out they were very quick to take the monies now there is something concerning the brakes in regards to a RWC.. they are utter ****** I dont advise anyone to go to Car service city in Ormonde their service is shameful and they just out for the money

Hi I spoke to a call centre agent yesterday Rolene Theys, most rude abrasive person ever, no s****s to treat a client with respect.. her tone was flat and not helpful at all. Her superior Nothando Madlabane needs to address this with her, cleary she is not in the right business. Service appalling to say the very least

Abominable service Adidas Management
I have been a repeated fatality and had to bare the brunt of not only bad customer experience from the store right through to management but to sustain/tolerate being shrugged of with a mere R500.00 voucher. I have spent more than R2000.00 plus on 2 pairs of sneakers. I was given a voucher the first time for R500.00 I mean in all honesty what sneaker can you purchase for R500.00 furthermore both these sneakers had the factory faulty on only one shoe, that is my argument. The sneaker was less than a year old I had supporting documents along with pictures, upon that bad experience I thought notwithstanding I will purchase another only to found out the same recurring issue. I was told that the prior sneaker will be sent to the factory for testing that was not carried out, that came up empty handed, I was not surprised. The second time around this being since June, the same thing occurred and now I am being silenced with a meagre R500.00. I have been hounding management since June and come up short and with feeble excuses and time frames all the time. I am a straight shooting person who lives by integrity and honesty and explained to management that I have orthotics and that I am in dire need of a decent sneaker can you believe the poor disgusting service delivery.
