I opened a current account last year using my new surname, cards were issued and went to branch to fica and set pin with my new ID. In January this year I noticed that even though I have cards reflecting my new surname and account confirmation letter accordingly, my statement and account name is still my old surname. This has implications on my sars and professional work. I have raised this and actually have the following references from chats on the app: 578676636 558454551 505898018 This is so embarrassing for a bank so big not to pick this error, let alone not know how to fix it and only settle to pointing one department as at fault. Kindly respond and assist

I am so angry and dissatisfied with clientele legal I have a matter that has been with them going for 3 years. I did everything as advised by the so called legal adviser only to be told this month that we cant claim the full amount from the 3rd party because he's done some work on the plans..what work I dont even have the plans and I paid the 3rd party? They still have the audacity to send me an SMS about premium increase when I have to beg for feedback?
