To say I am disappointed would be an understatement, on an ongoing matter. There’s no feedback , there’s no follow up you basically get nothing not even direction on the matter. 🥺
What terrible service from Netstar. They installed their devices wrong in my car, I can’t even get help from them regarding this, my battery was removed the car which they couldn’t even pick it up. I thought I was paying for peace of mind instead I have to Sleep with my car not locked with one door open, 😭. They not even assisting.
I am soo disappointed I took a policy which claims that I can ensure up to 4 family member With no additional charge, guess what I’m trying to get them added onto the policy only to be told I need to pay an extra amount. I called , I emailed with no response non whatsoever. I guess once they have confirmation of your money they don’t really care about u.
Rain is failing to assist us with a network failure, Simply because my mom is overseas and I have all the account verification. They have literally mute the call n let the airtime run out.
I have a problem with this college they are trying to rip me off, I went to enquire about my previous statement of results and I was told to pay an amount of R1600, now that’s changed to R2000 for whatever reason that’s not communicated to me and now I can’t do anything without that statement due to the fact that I had budgeted for the initial amount that was communicated to me

Rain is the most painful service provider to deal with. I ordered a 5g simcard n router to this day I haven't received any assistance with the delivery or resolving the issue.
