10X responded promptly with useful feedback to my question about transferring income from a Living Annuity to an RA.
10 years ago,SBS said they could fix our waterproof problem. But instead of redoing the flashing, they redid the entire flat roof, an expensive exercise. However, the problem of the leaks around the edges was not solved, and we continued to suffer with water dribbling down the walls. They recently came to do a follow up, and finally agreed that the original job as not well done. But I am still waiting for follow up...
I want to purchase a RA, spent a long time on the phone with a consultant three days ago, still waiting for a ‘quote’ so that i can give them some money!
Customer Support Services very poor - whether by phone (global or Jhb office), email, or even on facebook - simply no responses! The actual flights are fine!
