I am a regular at Lonehill Shopping Centre ..... spending over R20K per month across Woolworths, PnP, Sorbet, Carlton Express etc. It is where I used to shop ..... used to .....

On Friday night my wheel was illegally clamped by the Fidelity guards at the centre ..... I have a photo of the sign ..... completely illegible ..... looks like someone wrote on a whiteboard & then rubbed it out. I had to pay R250 to unclamp the wheel and put up with abuse from the guards & centre manager.

But this is now the problem of the businesses I used to loyally support ..... Sorbet, PnP, Woolworths, Carlton Hair etc. as after Friday night’s experience I refuse to ever set foot in the shopping centre ..... which is a pity. I am also actively discouraging everyone I know and work with to do the same. Loyal patronage should NEVER be subject to this.

Went in to Hirschs Fourways early March (may even have been February) to order a new vegetable drawer for my 2-year old fridge bought thru Hirschs. Was told to send an email. Sent an email the following day. Called after about a week and was told to send an email to another address as her laptop was not working. Sent another email. Called after about a week and was told that nothing could be ordered without payment. Made payment online and sent yet another email. Kept phoning or mailing every week or so (as Hirschs don't believe they should ever contact customers) until I received the incorrect drawer. Was then accused of ordering the incorrect model number. Took a photo of the model number and emailed thru, confirming that it was the correct model number. Was then (apparently) sent 2 photos of fridge drawers that the mail server blocked. Told Lean that I couldn't see either of them but that it was the bottom one. Called again after several weeks later only to be told that Lean was now on maternity leave. Went in to Hirschs again to start dealing with the Assistant Manager (Chrissie). After numerous trips to Hirschs, many many emails and 4-months ..... I still don't have the correct drawer in spite of having paid over R500 for it. A few people have emailed saying that they are taking over from Lean and will call ASAP ..... but as I mentioned Hirschs don't believe in ever contacting customers. Ironically on 2 of my many trips to Hirschs I also bought a new vacuum cleaner & blender ..... but this behaviour will change as Hirschs only believe in selling ..... and not providing service. Buy elsewhere everyone !

I have been receiving threatening letters from this 'so called' law firm for the past 6-months or so ..... claiming that I owe Telkom money ..... and that I will be 'blacklisted' or issued with a summons if I don't pay an amount of R1,512.76 into an 'unnamed' bank account ..... no doubt Fourie's personal bank account. I am not a Telkom customer. Nor has Telkom invoiced me for services rendered. I have called Telkom on several occasions ..... but without having an account with Telkom they have been unable to identify what this amount is for. I also live in Johannesburg ..... so fail to see why a 'so called' attorney from PE is involved. I have lodged a complaint with the Cape Law Society ..... and queried whether or not they are even registered attorneys. I see they advertise themselves as 'attorneys, notaries, conveyancers and administrators of estates'. Whatever u do ..... DO NOT entrust Fourie Sikweyiya with your affairs, property, family, estate ..... NOTHING !
