William Simpson Tokai, After finalizing the deal and paying for the vehicle—which included a warranty clearly stated on both invoices provided—we were given several excuses instead of the dealer honouring the agreement. The inclusion of the warranty was confirmed in person and witnessed. My daughter specifically asked about the warranty, and the representative (believed to be Chantal) confirmed the purchase included a 2-year warranty. The first invoice included an almost R5,000 delivery charge, which I immediately queried and requested to be removed. We then received the updated invoice, and both invoices stated that the vehicle included a warranty until 2027. Only after questioning this again was a third invoice sent, suddenly stating that the warranty was not included. When both original invoices were sent back to Chantal and the salesperson, the response was that we were allegedly sent a separate invoice for the warranty—which we never received—and that the warranty was not part of the deal. This is completely unacceptable. You cannot issue two invoices confirming the warranty, confirm it verbally, then withdraw it afterwards and add it to the price. This is misleading and reflects poor business practice. The matter is currently pending a resolution. This serves as a warning to potential buyers to verify their invoices and warranty details carefully when dealing with this dealership.
The worst service ever received. Sending orders to incorrect addresses and then over 6 weeks later they still haven’t re directed the order to the correct address and then keep asking for order numbers which they have been given over and over on email but fail to follow up or reply.
After 3 months of trying to get my deceased fathers account sorted, where I need the funds left to transfer it to my moms account, this has still not happened even after a deceased account has been opened and numerous emails sent to Promise at FNB as well as my lawyer sending emails to her, to date still no luck in transferring the funds over to my mom who is a pensioner and needs the funds. Totally shocking service with no respect given to their clients. The matter continues with yet another mail sent to her.
After sending the fica papers on two occasions FNB has blocked my business account which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional without explanation! If they employ incompetent people they need to sort it out ASAP. If this matter is not resolved by Monday all my accounts will be closed.
