Placed an order for 3 bras on 26 February. Received a confirmation email and then crickets. Have sent numerous follow up emails and even requested a refund, no reply and no feedback
****!!! Supposedly these amazing cargo pants. When you order all these confirmation emails and tracking emails of your order then next moment the link is not working and no one replies to queries. Do not order from them - they just want to ***** your money and never deliver.
Ordered a small humidifier for my desk (R189), received a humidifier (R149) but not what was ordered and paid for - no communication from Snatcher about original being out of stock, offering replacement at at same value or refund difference.
Order something's on 9 December that stated 10 day delivery period. Still not delivered. When I try tracking it just says pickup/delivery pending. Don't ever front them over Christmas. One would think they learned from last year.
I have been a client of MWEB for approximately - 10 years - with uncapped ADSL so line rental done through them but with Telkom. My internet went down last week Wednesday evening. Call was logged etc. Today MWEB calls - apparently Telkom is not going to repair the line in my area and I have to move to LTE as fiber is not available in my area. For the amount of internet I use LTE will cost me in excess of R2000 a month. If they cannot supply me with a affordable alternative they have to repair the telephone line!!!
I took a Vodacom contract in April 2017. From the start Vodacom made an error with the new contract - putting the contract that was upgrade a month earlier's terms on the new contract. Issue was resolved after numerous phone calls etc. Have decided to cancel the contract taken out in April 2017 when it expires this year - low and behold when I check cancellation date - contract only expires in 2021??? Phoned Vodacom contract cancellation department on 4 January 2019 - they will send an email to another department to have the dates fixed - 5 working days. Phoned again on 16 January 2019 as it still reflects to only expire in 2021. Apparently person No 1 did not sent the email. Logged another call and received a reference number - 72hrs. Phoned again on 22 January 2019. Apparently they cannot fix it I have to find out who upgraded the phone without my knowledge. Contacted the shop where I took out the contract - no problems from their side. Information was submitted correctly, no upgrade done. Phone again today (29 January 2019). Original reference number was logged incorrectly. Receive a new reference - will be resolved in 48hrs. Lets wait and see. Will update with progress.
