I've been trying to cancel service now for 4 months, the 5G network is wack hence my cancellation, but that's nothing compared to the client service portal. i logged 4 tickets to no reply, i tried pausing payment but because for some reason its under 500 i'm unable to stop the debit. Now this is my last resort to try quit this ill relationship i have with Rain. Somebody help!!!
Very tranquil and the best getaway for the whole family. We had an Awesome stay, thanks to the staff for being of great assistance. We are definitely visiting you again next year.
Miway claim C1165520 I would like to report a claim made to Miway more than a year ago, they took my washing machine off my premises through their respective service provider, the claim was for power surge but they(service provider) claimed my machine issue was not related to my claim and repudiated my claim. Ok that was good and well, I requested for the return of the machine many months ag but to no luck. Recently the sales team phoned me to sell me short term insurance, and I in turn requested my machine back, I was put through to another consultant to assist but little prevailed. I would have fixed the machine myself last year already or bought a new machine if it was not going to be fixable. Now I sit with a predicament of not going to trust their service provider didn’t take my machine parts or swap my parts with other old machines or used my parts to fix other Washing machines. It’s really unacceptable and I can’t go on like this with this matter. MiWay is a big company to be treating this issue in this manner. Otherwise is it my fault their service provider kept my machine over a year? Like really!!! I’ve tried emailing them and voice so now this is my last resort. Please assist
<p>REFFERENCE: ********** 2</p> <p>EVENT TIME: SUNDAY 15:20- I responded to an sms saying i have been offered a deal of 1 gig data bundle at discounted rate of R25, Reply "YES". I did exactly that twice even, data never came so i called Pharoza lady by the Customer care who escaalated the matter to IT, only for them to give me a call the next day(monday) from IT to tell me the data did go through and it says on the system i have already used half of the FREE data overnight, which i found strange and impossible, at the time i had 346mb left. i told the guy to escalade the quiry cause i hadnt received no data, only to receive an email saying "Your case no ********** 2 @ Telkom Mobile is resolved.Who are you gonna call! This e-mail is subject to the Telkom SA SOC Ltd electronic communication legal notice, available at : http://www.telkom.co.za/TelkomEMailLegalNotice.PDF ~~ and an SMS saying "Good day please be advised that we did not pick up your reply for the 1gb for R25 as a result the 1GB was not allocated. Telkom mobile. </p> <p>Now i ported from Vodacom with the expectation of great service and great offers with great people behind the Brand but clearly i was wrong. I pulling out all the numbers i ported and my business lines, i cant deal with incompetent bunch of liars.</p>
