The agent ***lia was good but her team has let her down. Worked with her for 2 years with our rental and in the back the wheels came off. They have never managed my account, keep on asking for payment and when you despute the payment, they said they will get back to you, never do. I paid wayyyy too much and they cannot allocate the funds. Red flags all over
It seems to be impossible to cancel your contract with these people. October/November and December over 10 emails was sent and nobody takes ownership of a cancellation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Correspondence is pathetic.
Thought ignite would be the best option for LTE but wrong. A very friendly sales person called Daisy came out to test the signal at our house to see if we would fall in their coverage and test signal strength. The signal was good during the day but after waiting weeks for our router we realized the signal is terrible after working hours. Disputing this for another week with Ignite they managed to give me feedback to get a Cell C simcard. Ordered another simcard (opening a new contract) and have been waiting more than a week for the sim (still not received). After confirming with the sales lady Daisy that the debit for the service not used will not go off, it did AND the debit for the simcard not even received. After speaking to a gentleman named Pierre there was no change to speed up in any of the processes. Really bad service and this has been going on over a month now.
