I was called by Wesbank to sign me up for a service plan for my bakkie in September 2025. I have been paying installments and had to take my bakkie in for service today, Thursday, 5 Feb 2026. So Reeds did not get any authorization because Motovantage says that the policy is not active due to the activation date only being in April... meanwhile the mileage activates the policy. How do you sign clients up to a policy that will fail them. This caused me to lose a day because it delayed my service for my bakkie.. Eventually they managed to fix it... but only after a bunch of phone calls. This shouldn't be the case. These plans are supposed to make ones life easier...not more complicated.
I've been a telkom mobile subscriber for 2 years. All went well until the end of the contract. I phoned them to cancel but apparently I can't cancel over the phone....which is funny because they signed me up over the phone.... Now I am being billed 8x more because my contract is not terminated and the data is suddenly much more expensive. <br> <br> THIS IS ROBBERY !!<br> <br> DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OFFER FROM THEM. So after I spent hours to get to someone who can help me with ADSL line activation, I got through to this gentleman who said my order is placed,<br> 2 days passed and so I phoned to check the status of my order only to hear that there was no order placed.<br> <br> THANKS TELKOM....<br> <br> I was warned but no....I DID NOT BELIEVE THAT SERVICE COULD BE THIS BAD...

THE ONLY REASON SHE NOTICED IT IS BECAUSE HER BALANCE WAS ZERO. OHERWISE SHE WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN. <br> Reason being that she was unknowingly awarded a club membership which she did not want.<br> <br> We went in to Edgars, Zev Mall to cancel it, but no luck.<br> <br> We want them to reverse it but now its under investigation which will take months.
