I transferred money from my business capitec account to my Capitec savings account. Which I do on a regular with no issues. Yesterday when I tried to transfer funds in the region of R19000 the app gave an error message..in this case you would assume then the transaction won't go through and the money remains in the account. But NO, the money moved from my business capitec account but I didn't receive it on my savings account. If it was different banks maybe I would understand but capitec to capitec and my money is on hold. When I call Capitec all the agents keep telling me that I must wait 30min the matter has been escalated but my issue still not resolved. I keep getting same answer of having to wait 30minutes. But nothing is happening. Don't understand what the hustle is with releasing money they can clearly see it's hanging on their side.
I ordered networking hardware from Senetic. I must say I was first skeptical because their prices were just super reasonable compared to local prices and they are based overseas. But I placed my order nonetheless and My hardware equipment arrived in Pretoria as per estimated date. The only reason I am not giving them 5 star is just because here and there email communication was a bit poor and I thought I was being ignored and I would lose my money. I received the hardware my order was well over R40k. My order was even spilt into 2deliveries as some items they had stock and I needed it urgently, so they assisted with delivering what's in stock and later on I got the outstanding stock.
I have been betting, specifically sports bet since 2009. I have been on many betting platforms, but Sunbet is the best platform for me by far in South Africa. Their site hardly ever gives issues. The deposit credit reflects very quick even if it's EFT just as long as the reference is correct. The best betting platform when it comes to withdrawls by Far, when it comes to withdrawls they deserve 10 stars. They have alot of sports betting options, their cash out works as good. We are used to complaining when things don't go right, I just wanted to give Sunbet their flowers. I recommend for anyone doing sporting bet.
I received a call from Dudu at partmasters. She was more helpful and more understanding to my situation. she promised I would get my refund, of which I just received today. Thanks Dudu for helping resolve my frustrating situation.
I bought a laptop replacement screen from partmasters. So before I purchased the screen, I had a chat with an agent on their what's app. I asked them if they could send picture of the replacement screen. They sent a picture but it didn't enough details. So I sent them a picture of my faulty screen, and Highlighted the ***** holes that I needed screen to have those and I explained to the agent on whatsapp that I have ordered a screen from another shop and they supplied me with wrong screen, so the reason I sent them picture was for me to avoid a back and forth of them having to refund me. I was told that's the only picture they could provide, so I went ahead and ordered the screen. When the screen arrived, from it's original plastic packaging it's clear to see the ***** holes. I immediately sent them a picture, indicating that the screen is wrong and that it what i feared. Firstly they took a while before sending courier out to collect the screen, I had to email them about 2-3 times. Eventually they sent courier to collect. They said process takes around 5 days. After the screen was collected, days went by and I wasn't getting any update. I would sent text on what's app, the agent would now take a day to respond. Then they responded and said they would get back to me. of which they never did. Then again I had to sent numerous emails and what's app texts to get my issue sorted. Poor communication and unprofessional service they offered. Eventually after a long frustration of emails and what's app texts they send me an email saying that their supplier tried to test the screen, it's taking out smoke so they can't refund me because that means the screen got shot circuited when it was connected. But the screen connected by WHO as I never took out of it's original packaging? I never connected the screen, as through the original plastic packaging I got the screen with, it was clear enough for me to see the wholes and that the screen won't fit. If it's taking out smoke and they can't test the screen, that means that they initially supplied me with a faulty screen to begin. Their land line numbers they provided on what's app isn't going through. They don't pick up calls on cell phone numbers. They supplied me with a part, I returned it still in it's original packaging but now I am being refused my full refund. They are unprofessional, had no concerns what so ever about my problem. I consistently had to send them emails upon emails, I never got a call with regards to this issue. I only got email responds upon sending them numerous emails which was after a while. Partmaster is a no go area
