Why are reputable companies associated with Traficc?!?!?
I recently purchased a vehicle 2 months ago from Audi Alpine and Traficc was insurance I was referred to for credit shortfall, paint and scratch insurance to keep my vehicle in showroom condition as well as tyre insurance (scary!!!) I was yesterday called by Camron telling me that the claim for a scratch will be declined because its a scratch which has caused scratch on the paint, what ******* is that!!! I have had multiple cars with similar policies and never have I ever received such ridiculous reasoning. To think that Aline Audi referred this company to cover me with so many vital covers is disturbing!!! Reviewing their ratings online is even disturbing, why would any reputable company want to be associated with Traficc???

Always receive a pleasant welcome by the energetic staff members who also make it more easier to eat in when we're with our toddler. The atmosphere settings makes every visit relaxing to enjoy the reasonably priced food to washed down with great drink's, keep @it Oscar's.

Double debit, refund and cancel policy please!
Double debit. I changed my debit order bank details and notified M-Sure on time and this was confirmed by the policy profile administrator and the debit went through on the new account, I however receive a text stating that they will double debit as they didn't receive funds, I queried this as the debit went through and resent the confirmation from their side that the switch was successful and didn't receive any response from there. I want my money and want to this policy cancelled, maybe the communication will be clearer on this platform.
