I celebrated my birthday on Saturday there, the ambiance was amazing and I would definitely go back again, the only problem is that they have a 10% fee charge which is not stipulated, I had called to find out how much is everything and that was not mentioned, I was told that it was standard. Nonetheless the experience was amazing.
I was McDonald's rustenburg waterfall opposite roadloadge hotel, and we were served with passion and enthusiasm by Nthabi, he helped us and restored our faith in customer service. He takes pride in his job, will be looking forward to visiting again as the bar has been set high by Nthabi.
I'm disgusted with the level of experience I have encountered since my arrival, firstly the bar fridge's electrical cord is short and doesn't reach the socket, my knees are battered from the small space we have. The receptionist did not ask me about my clicks card that time I spent R1830, and I want my points awarded to me. The food is on a feeding scheme level, no bacon, no croissants, just white and brown bread, we were served polony, sausages and chakalaka, the fruit salad consists of a variety of red, green and yellow apples with little to no strawberries, pawpo, kiwifruit, g****s or watermelon, I mean we are paying clients, this was a shocking experience for us, me and my friend. The orange juice was removed or rather it got finished and was not refilled. I'm going to McDonald's now to have proper food because I am not getting what I paid for
I applied for fiber products and everything in this company is dismal, I've reported on Facebook but have been told that an agent will get back to me and no they didn't get back to me. They installed fiber thingy with telkom and I didn't receive my router next thing I get a bill of R400 and something that time I don't have a router which was supposed to be delivered. OK fast forward router gets delivered yesterday and I don't have any connections, apparently I owe R480 for what I don't know, I would like to warn people. I was looking forward to the relationship with Mweb but their call center is a hoax as you will never ever I mean ever get through or get assisted. Now I have to pay for something that I never used and i am canceling as the error is on their side.
I ordered last year 2021 on the 27th November and I have not received my dress, I'm being sent from pillar to post
I haven't started my journey yet with MiWay I'm only starting with it from next month and I can't wait, they are hassle free and patient... They notify me of the weather and warn me to take cover if there is a hail storm. I hope in future should the unforseen happen they will be quick in their payouts or services to be rendered. I don't know who was handling my policy, I forgot the name of the consultant but their service was phenomenal
I've been a member of legalwise since 2019 and unfortunately have been left in lurch with a case I reported, 2020 and I advised the legal representative that I am due to appear in court and they said I should ask for postponement at the court and I should call them again with the new date. I spoke to a lady by the name of chriselda and when I called again I was told there is no chriselda and sent from pillar to post. I called in again last year and was told that since my policy lapsed due to loss of work, I was told I was not covered which I could not understand as I lodged the matter with them on time but because of them not capturing the case, I now have to face the unforeseen. I complained about their administration and I was promised an investigation which I have not heard from in 2 weeks, I was asked if chriselda was black or white (race) I was told yes they have a chriselda but she is on sick leave and have left. Which I don't see why is it my problem, of she was sick. My issue is them dodging the ball and not covering me as I was and still a paying customer. I reported the matter in time and needed legal representation in family court. They managed to cover me when I had a labor dispute in which the same policy had lapsed but I had reported the matter in due time. I had another incident that year 2020 December which I reported and I am yet to be summoned, are they telling me that I won't be covered for that matter aswel, even if I reported and I was not assigned a lawyer, I was told a lawyer would be assigned when I get a date. Till date I haven't received a date from the court. Which I know I surely get whenever. But legalwise is not truthful nad transparent. The lady who handled my complaint 2 weeks ago, was not helping as she asked me what date and time and which number did I call in 2020 September, 2 years later she is expecting me to remember the time and date of call. Since they have recorded calls they surely can retrieve my call log and conversation. I was then blamed for accusing some who is no longer there which I presume it's Chriselda, my argument is that the reason why I remember her name is because she said that when I get a new date after the postponement I should call and ask her and will be assigned a lawyer as. I am appearing on the 22nd of March and after this running up and down. Still I get a link to rate my interactions with them when I've never received any call from them. Legalwise is ruthless
