Appreciation of customer service with kindness
On 25.06.2025 my colleague and I drove to KFC BP Empire Road; we went to get our food from the drive-thru. We got our food and left, when we got to the office, we noticed that our order was short with chips. We called them to let them know. The call was accepted by a lady named Anna; she apologized and gave us a whole order as her apology. We were happy and impressed with the service and respect Anna gave us.

I don't advise anyone to dtydy through yhe Damelin institute
I am a part-time student with Damelin since i joined the institute (2020), i have not been happy with the service we are receiving from the institute. Everytime we have to get service we have to fight/argue with the staff for days if not weeks in order for us to receive what we're looking for. I have been asking for a formal letter to forward to my bursar for the test since the 09.09.2022, today (26.09.2022) when I called this morning I was advised I will get the letter Zanele Mahlaba (admin)will email it to me. I have literally been calling and sending emails the whole day. Since the phone and the emails were not being answered anymore and I went to the Braamfontein campus and Zanele advised me that she was busy today and she was leaving, she will do the letter sometime tomorrow (the following day). I left the campus without any assistance. I am not happy with the service we are being given by Damelin, this is not the first, second or third time but it happens all the time service has to be provided we have to go through a hassle before we can get what we're looking for. My bursar already knows when it's time for test, exam or results I will always have excuses. However, they do their part of the service by paying on time to the institute.

Micheal Mmethi Fast and Furious driver is very rude and disrespectful
Michael Mmethi (driver) with registration no DZ34RNGP on 14.06.2021 came to deliver at my house, he called me x2 when I answer he would drop the call and I called him back and said he came to deliver, when someone came outside to meet him, he said he returned the order, he's been here for long. On 15.06.2021 he came and he hooted for 2min and when he came out of his bakkie he banged the gate, I went to the gate to check what was happening then I saw it was him, when I asked him why was he hooting disturbing the neighbors, he moaned something but I did not here, I then went bank inside to fetch the gate key when I returned he was gone. I have dealt with other drivers from the same company and they are nothing like this Michael Mmethi. He is rude and very disrespectful

Happy Client
I have been communicating with a lady by the name of Rina, even before I booked the place and she has been kind and professional from day 1 to booking and reserving the accommodation until the day of departure from the guest farm. She is kind, professional and that goes for her children that were there at the time we were there. The place was/is clean and there is privacy. There were also prompts available to be used should there be load shedding. I was happy with the place and the treatment I received.

Not Trustworthy and Scammers
On the 21.03.2020, I placed an order with Ketovatru under a special offer they were offering which was to get the product for R70. 00. After placing the order an amount of R70.00 and R1 872.36 were deducted from my account. It's been 3 months since I've been een waiting for my order and still nothing. I then sent an email canceling my order and I was told I will be refunded till today I have not received the refund or the product. Now none of their emails addresses go through.
