Quick Heads up my fellow South Africans. DO NOT BUY THE HYPERLI MYSTERY DEALS. Apparently this deal is non-refundable and if you don't get your parcel it's your problem. They have put in fine print that says you can wait up to 2 months for your order. They have an employee by the name of CHANCEL that has mastered the art of copying and pasting but has no idea how to work with clients and gets snotty on top of it. Seriously not worth it. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT PAY THEM! DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM. They are HUGE **** artists. Been going on for years. They will first tell you they just want to update your listing. Next minute you owe them thousands.
Took out a pet insurance policy with them. My dog got injured yesterday at around 19h00. Pet insurance emergency line was first answered by a rude woman telling me I have the wrong number and from there on it went to voice mail. YOUR EMERGENCY LINE GOES TO VOICEMAIL. I then phone the regular line. 4 different people said they'll phone me back. Still waiting.... One said she'll transfer me. I held for 6 minutes before... Guess what... IT WENT TO VOICEMAIL. In the meantime my dog is in pain and dying. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMALS STAY FAAAAAR AWAY FROM AUTO AND GENERAL
Aren't you ashamed? Aren't you ashamed of still contending that you offer any kind of service? As we speak I have been on hold for over TWO FREAKING HOURS to get a hold of your deceased estate department. There simply is no one answering the calls. Our private bankers keep passing the buck. They can never help. There's always someone else that we must call. I am digusted by your lack of service. Go look at your ratings, they are abysmal. That's is because FNB and their employees are useless. I do not have hours every day to try and get to a living breathing person at FNB. I don't have hours to try and do your jobs for you
