My sister passed away on November 25, 2025. She had a Discovery Life Benefit Cover, and I was one of the beneficiaries. The funds were deposited into my account this week, but FNB put a hold on them. They are requesting paperwork to verify the source of the funds and said they will decide if I can access the money. It's infuriating to think that FNB will determine my worthiness to receive the benefits from my sister's life insurance. I have no family left; it was just my sister and me for many years. Now, FNB is deciding if I can receive the money that my sister left for me. I'm so upset and crying—I can't believe this is happening! It's shocking!
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. They came to inspect our borehole pump system and promised to send a quote, but I never received it. I've sent several WhatsApp messages, all of which were left unread and unanswered. This is truly unacceptable! It seems they might be prioritizing larger clients over smaller ones, and I feel neglected as a result. I’m very saddened by this experience. It's shocking!

Extended office at Trinity Pharma, Sandton - they did a fantastic job. They are quick to respond to emails. And with small jobs, they are quick, friendly, and professional.
I'm struggling to get any service from them. I sent numerous emails and nothing. Since they changed their name from Flex Technology to CBA Group the service has gone down the drain.

I was just harassed by a rude telesales person from FNB Funeral Plan on 20/08/2024 at 13:03 with the number 010 494 9961. I politely said "no thank you" five times, but she refused to listen and kept insisting that I listen to her. I'm very upset; she spoiled a perfect day. How many times should a person have to say "no thank you"? Do we have to scream, shout, and be rude as well? FNB Funeral Plan department, I know you can do better.
This company installed the carpets in our office, but unfortunately, most of them have become loose and it looks terrible. Despite sending numerous emails, they have only responded to one, promising to come and sort it out. However, another month has passed, and nobody has shown up. They continue to disregard my emails. This is extremely poor service and I am thoroughly disappointed.
I've been trying to cancel my subscription, but I haven't received any response from Rain despite contacting them eight times. It's frustrating that they promptly debit my account each month without dealing with my cancellation.
Hi We caught one of the vehicles that was deliberately throwing oil on the road to cause accidents. The license plate number of the vehicle is HS 20 JY GP. Could we please report them to the SAPS or the Traffic Department? This is shocking !!!!!
