I am so angry with MWEB AND I NEED THEM TO ATTEND TO THIS MATTER ASAP, I RECIEVED AN EMAIL THAT THEY WILL LIST MY ACCOUNT ON ITC FORTHEIR STUPID MISTAKE OF LINKING ME INTO TWO ACCOUNTS, I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM HOEVER THEY DONT WANT TO SORT OUT THE MATTER SHOULD THE LIST MY NAME I SIWLL SUE THE HELL OF THEM, I HABE ONE ACCOUNT AND ITS FULLY PAID AS I PAY MY MONTHLY THEY MUST REMOVE THE OTHER ACCOUNT FROM MY NAME MY ID NUMBER IS 8201020604084
I bought a Alva gas heater a week ago and it only worked for 3 days I bought this heater at take a lot, my invoice number is 155693692, I need Alva to come and collect this heater and refund me as I don’t want it anymore had to safer in this cold weather
courier it were supposed to deliver my parcel yesterday the 10 July the guy did not notify me that he will not come i had to wait, again today same thing i wanted and waited even called Courirt It where i waited for more than 30 minutes, evetytime when i call they kept on saying driver is on the way until i called now around 15.45 the lady called the driver who told them that he had a breakdown, the driver did no even notify his company unless he was lying, he is very *********** along with the service department who dont pick up calls and make clients to wait for more than 45 minutes drivers name is Donald Makola, Courier it should refund me of all my calls i made since yesterday.
I have been calling the retention line for more than a month now to cancel my contract I even forwarded an email but I do not get any response, mtn please cancel this contract urgently im not sure what is happening there at your department and I do not care please cancel the contract.
