This medical aid will leave you without a solution , went and did an MRI scan, after experiencing a lot of pain on my back for weeks well medical aid was refusing me to do a scan , and after complains they eventually agreed now the Dr received findings and his recommendation is to do a pain block procedure NOT surgery , and Umvuzo bluntly refused to pay for the procedure so i called their call center asked to speak to someone that can help after being through from department to department eventually got to someone and asked her and she told me they don't cover it so i asked what are the alternatives they cover because i cant just sit with so much pain i need to have a solution ,she said she referred my call to the spinal cord department for someone that can give an alternative solution and since the person called and said they will call me back . i been a client for more than 10 yrs and when i need them to help me they throwing me around i been in pain for a month now on constant pain killers and the only solution of a pain block procedure the medical wont pay for and they are not giving me any solutions or alternatives

i purchased Kia Picanto I 1.1 G4HG 04-11 Thermostat housing from these people on 30/08/2025 even now still not delivered when i call they say it will be delivered 15/09/2025 ,and even now nothing , they dont reply to emails or requests to get refunded, now their phone just rings ,no answer
Worse service from Kimberley Isuzu branch Every time I go to the Kimberley Isuzu branch I would be 1st in line for a service but I always get my car at past 16:00 and this has happened repeatedly, they discriminate customers who pay same amount for services ,because all other cars that came after me would have been completed , well as mine which was 1st in line comes last , when I complained about this they blamed it on innovation which is a lie because the last two services I did where under Isuzu service plan the service was the same and with a rude service consultant , when I asked why am I receiving such unkind service she was rude and wasn’t willing to listen , her co worker was even more attentive than her she just wanted to get rid of me . For paying customers and who use the Isuzu brand we don’t deserve such nonsense service other branches have kind and attentive customer service I never had issues with Polokwane branch , Kimberley branch has been **** since I started servicing there with the same consultant and is one nonsense after another how does a person wait for 9 hours well they arrived at 6 at your branch so they could be 1st in line when you open at 7:15 and they get their car at 16:00 . Unprofessional and rude service I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this branch for service it has the worst service I have ever. Received from any dealership .
Since my submission of a claim with capitec on the 9th September still no remedy from capitec all I got was emails of them doing investigation , received one sms notification of an attempt to call me ,I called them back and they told me the consultant is in a meeting she never called me back , we had to hold a sorry of a funeral with no money ,debts where taken just so the funeral can continue after a postponement , from the 14th to the 21st , is very disappointing for capitec to do this to their clients I had an account with capitec since 2008 has a funeral plan for 6 years without a single claim , with my 1st claim I get such disappointment is going on three weeeks all documents submitted no payment or remorse from capitec ,capitec has no heart or care for its customers
i had a funeral cover with capitec and for more than 6 years without a miss in premiums and without a single claim , moved and and is 2024 September 3rd we hear of sad news that my uncle has past on , funeral is planned for the 14th September 2024 i submit my claim on the 9th with capitec and send all required documents and on the 11th receive an sms saying claim was received next day 12(Thursday) i call them and they tell me the claim is in process i call again friday same thing , we had to postpone th funeral to the following weekend 21st monday 16th i call they say proof of bank account details (i am using capitec dont get what is being verified) same time i send the proof of banking details monday and called and said i should wait for next day next day i call i am told still the proof of banking details is outstanding ,i send it second time Tuesday ,send it via email ,send via whats app and i call and they say they are escalating the matter and wednesday i send again (3rd time) after seeing on the app is still saying same proof of banking is missing and i call and they say they will escalate the matter and consultant sends an email to necessary departments and i called again around 16:00 as the funeral is near they say still nothing ,Thursday i call again asking what's going on they say there is a missing proof of banking which i send 4 times already and i am capitec account holder how is capitec looking for proof of banking , today is friday i called again and still saying the same proof of banking is missing , the FUNERAL IS ****EN TOMMOROW and still no money or claim approval from capitec , i hate this bank they where fine taking my premiums and now they don't even want to pay out so i can hold a funeral .. no one should trust capitec funeral cover they will make you struggle is your worse situation family has to borrow money just to make means to hold a funeral
steroid junky is a scam , you pick stuff and you pay for it and you ask about courier as their side says after sending proof of payment they will courier with 2 to 3 days , they just go silent on you no word no communication doesn't matter how many emails you send they don't reply .they are scammers has been 3 weeks now still nothing from them
i been calling and calling Iwyze for three months now over one claim , that was submitted three months ago I have to be without my car for three month but every month debit orders are going off from them but no one wants to attend to my claim I called two weeks ago and they told me ,my claim is approved and they will call me ,I called them again last week and they told me they will call me back and they never did , i been a client for so many years with iwyze this is my 1st claim and i am being treated like i am some trouble client , such a **** service and unprofessional people . one claim a minor claim and i am struggling so much with these people my life is disrupted cause my car cant move , my family s lively hood is affected by this and i call them and they telling me about experiencing high call volumes ,how do you answer a call and tell me you experiencing high call volume you will call me back .
