Terrible. Shoddy inspection and take forever to respond to issues
Their internet reliability and technical support is excellent. Peter assisted to sort out billing issue i had.
Agree with previous review. Previously had multiple debit orders going off. Took multiple emails and follow ups from my side to get my money back. I cancelled and still have debit orders going off - after assurance everything was cancelled! Very annoying that you need that you need to double check your debit orders with them, and then such a mission getting a response. 3rd time unauthorised debit order off my account (and i cancelled!)
Could not offer me insurance because i did not have a car to ensure. Do not offer personalised or professional service . Dealt with Vicky.
Beware! Your personal information is not secure with this company. Their emails are not secure at all. Dealt with Ashley Powel. Received email from them, Carl Coetzee, that my information with them was comprised by third party, which now had acess to all my information! Be very careful of using this company!
"The Plumber" Fraudulent claims. Stay far away. Quotes you for work and doesn't do the work you pay him for. Then you end up with problems down the line thinking the work was done!! Many reviews warning on other sites as well!
<p>i gave appropriate notice to end my 24 month contract in November last year, but come January it was not canceled and not one, but two debit orders came off!!!! I submitted all documents required to cancel in November. I visited Telkom Potchefstroom on 10 January, the manager Darrell NELL assured me that it would be cancelled and resubmitted the cancellation documentation. Andy ford from the dispute resolution in east London made promises on the 16th that the cancellation had been done, and that all money post 2nd Jan would be paid back. He even put it in an email to me confirming so. Now on the 7th of February I am again debited the 429!!! I go into the store in Potchefstroom and Darrell NELL, the manager tells me it is not his problem! Whose problem is it! I cancelled my contract in November!!! Stop taking my money, cancel it and leave me alone!!!!!! Will NEVER make use of any Telkom service again!!!! Useless at all levels. </p> <p>Now they called me to ask why my payment didn't go through?
