Terrible. Shoddy inspection and take forever to respond to issues
Their internet reliability and technical support is excellent. Peter assisted to sort out billing issue i had.
Could not offer me insurance because i did not have a car to ensure. Do not offer personalised or professional service . Dealt with Vicky.
<p>i gave appropriate notice to end my 24 month contract in November last year, but come January it was not canceled and not one, but two debit orders came off!!!! I submitted all documents required to cancel in November. I visited Telkom Potchefstroom on 10 January, the manager Darrell NELL assured me that it would be cancelled and resubmitted the cancellation documentation. Andy ford from the dispute resolution in east London made promises on the 16th that the cancellation had been done, and that all money post 2nd Jan would be paid back. He even put it in an email to me confirming so. Now on the 7th of February I am again debited the 429!!! I go into the store in Potchefstroom and Darrell NELL, the manager tells me it is not his problem! Whose problem is it! I cancelled my contract in November!!! Stop taking my money, cancel it and leave me alone!!!!!! Will NEVER make use of any Telkom service again!!!! Useless at all levels. </p> <p>Now they called me to ask why my payment didn't go through? So I decided to purchase a brand new Golf 7 TSI from VW Parow in Dec 2014, barely a few months later I noticed that the roof lining was starting to mould and getting wet after a rain. I Took the car back to the dealership who had the car for almost 3 weeks running tests, yet failing to find any issue or leak. <br> I received no feedback from Lizo and would have to phone in to find out what was happening. Every day was the same story. Not sure, but running tests. Eventually got the car back after they took the roof apart and back together, and replaced the moulding lining, yet they claimed to find no leak. I asked for a report when I got the car back as to what was done. I am still waiting months <br> later.<br> Now every time I ride over a bump in the road the roof falls apart and the rooflight dangles on the wires. This after VW Parow worked on the roof.<br> After it fell out this afternoon, a passenger attempted to replace it and was shocked by the defective light.<br> I called the dealership on 14 october at 13.30 to ask to speak to the service manager. I was promised a call back. I am still waiting. This is the service you get from VW Parow if you buy into the brand?
