Exceptional service from call centre agent
I was unfortunate to have my tyre burst late at night, 50 km from nearest town. Called bmw assist, they could not find me a tyre to loan. However, the lady that assisted me on the phone was exceptional. Unfortunately I forgot her name but she kept checking on me until me and my car were in a place of safety.

****mer Alert: Pathetic Service
Pathetic service. These guys took my subhoofer for service which I paid prior to pick up, now it's over 3 weeks and I have no idea how far is the progress if any at all. You can't get through their phones, they are not answered. I've left messages for weeks now with no response. I've sent emails also with no reply. Now I just want my item back. These guys are ****mers

Excellent service
Great service. I bought my son a ride on car but wrong size. I needed to exchange for a bigger size. These guys were so helpful and they even arranged for a courier company to come pick up and return (although I paid for it). Within 2-3 days the new bigger space done was on its way. 5-stars 🌟 from me

Nedbank Phalaborwa is rubbish
Nedbank Phalaborwa offers rubbish services. I'm not sure if it's because they offer it to predominantly black people as it is custom in South Africa. The queues are unnecessarily long and they staff seem to be clueless. I waiting in a queue for over two hours to collect my card, and that's because some "genius" decided to combine enquiries which had two attendants and deposits which also had two attendants but now combined has 3 attendants. Worse of all, we were served by two people until we complained and only then the 3rd person came to assist. When it was finally my turn to be assisted, they struggled to activate my card but finally I was told it is active only to be embarrassed when I used. I went back and again after few minutes of playing with the computer I was told it is now active. Again only for the ATM to decline after I tested it. Only in the 3rd attempt was my issue resolved. That was over 3 hours later. The staff didn't seem concerned about the length of the queue. I pay service fee on my cheque, credit and home loan account with nedbank, yet this is the rubbish service I'm subjected to because I'm in a black area. I'm extremely disappointed at the service level or lack there off.
