I used the services of Masterkey,based in Benoni.The locksmith,Quinton,is cool,and knows the business.Belinda,who deals with schedules is professional,and helpful.I required a follow-up and Johan,the owner,was willing to assist,and go the extra mile.I recommend using this business if you're looking for locksmiths that are able to offer a quality overall service.Well done!

Shocking service
I visited their branch in Edenvale and payed for 4 new tyres.Subsequent to fitment I wanted to discuss certain inconsistencies regarding the fitment of the tyres.So I left a message at their Kempton Park branch during the early course of this week,6 November 2017,as I was informed at the Edenvale branch that thats their head office number.Nowone answered and thus I left a message.Nowone bothered to return the call.I logged into their website a day later,and under General Enquiries I filled out the form requesting that they contact me,however,once again nowone bothered to respond. They have a professionally designed website although they dont offer any after fitment service.They also inform interested parties wanting to fit tyres that they offer TyreSurance,which has benefits.Its ludicrous that they offer such a service although if a person wanted to claim for damaged tyred etc they wouldnt even bother to respond.What pathetic service!!!

Customer Service is missing!
<p>I bought a packet of Simba crisps and followed their instructions to participate in their airtime promotion that is displayed recently on their product.The secret code should be well displayed,but wasnt.I took this up with the head office and spoke with Tanya who is responsible for resolving issues.She delegated this to the person responsible for this marketing campaign.She mentioned this would be escalated to the factory.I requested that her superior contact me.I did not receive a follow up call,nor a follow-up call.She delegated the complaint to their customer care line.A reference number was created.Since 14 February 2017 I have not received a courtesy response.I have sunsequently left 2 message for Tanya.She hasnt returning my calls.The service is shocking.I'll be consuming their compeditiors product,going forward.</p>
