We are unhappy about the service regarding a delivery from the Menlyn Store. We called to arrange delivery on Wednesday, and they confirmed for that we will have our goods on Thursday. Today they didn't deliver and they have cannot get us in touch with the delivery team to give an exact day of delivery.
I have recently visited this practice and it was second visit in 2 years and I must say the reception is always so welcoming and great… thank you for always being so helpful
I am so disheartened and tired of having to deal with Discovery Insure and their partners. It’s been 4 months of one old claim and one where now I get told of terms ans conditions I was not advised of.
To whom it may concern - I have been given the most atrocious service from the accounts department of Fidelity Secure Drive. The person who picked up the phone was unwilling to assist and was rude. She eventually just kept quiet when I was trying to get a state on my account - it felt like I was the last call of the day between her and the long weekend. My query is still not addressed.
I lost a garment and in between the ladies that cleaned my room my garment can’t be found. No other guest checked in the room.
I have received the most appaling service from an agent in your company who eventually decided to hang up on me when I was asking them for thier manager's detials and the agent's name. My query was also not resolved
I would like to recommend Renew Online. I used their service and I was pleasantly surprised at their efficiency. 10 out of 10. They saved me time and the hassle of queueing at the license department, especially now during a pandemic.
Your product is supposed to let me feel safe but unfortunately it has failed on all fronts. Your staff members have said they will help - Abigail - and Jameel and unfortunately at the end they just passed the buck and up till now 9 months later has still not been resolved - I have been talking to so many people and nothing has happened....
Budget - you have been unable to keep your end of he agreement and I have paid accordingly. Your are unable to resolve a query that puts my life at risk - car insurance. It has been over 9 months that I have been trying to resolve this and no one can help -
I bought items from Lifestyle Furniture two weeks ago, what was delivered was defected poor quality goods, and for the past two weeks i have been taken from pillar to post and they don't want to exchange or refund my money. <br> <br> They are running a scam of a business and I want justice. I paid a full amount and require that i get good quality products and not what was delivered
