I went to house and home gateway - 1st the sales person gave the incorrect price of the bunk bed that I purchased - when I went back to query - the manager and the lady at reception were extremely rude and unco-operative - I was then referred to the manager Sashin Veeran - he also didnt seem like he wanted to help - he told me he cannot do anything about the incorrect price given by his salesperson and then dismissed us. I then get a call from the sales person Buhle - who admitted giving the incorrect price but claimed that she was unable to do anthing about it. Furthermore if I wanted to cancel I had to come into the store to do the cancellation and they do not do refunds to cards - they would cancel and then when they had cash they would call me to come and collect. Then I asked about the assembling of the bunk the warehouse delivery guys tole me to call the store manager - Buhle the sales person tells me to speak to the delivery guys....I mean this is DEPLORABLE SERVICE...these people and bringing the name of this well known store down...I am so disappointed at this stage .....I probably will not shop there again

I wanted to cancel my month to month contract on my home WiFi.... I am struggling to cancel a month to month wifi contract as your staff seem to be highly inefficient or just plane dumb and the right hand is not aware of what the left hand is doing. I called in order to cancel my contract and was told it had to be done in an MTN store – when I got there I was informed I needed to bring in the router and original delivery note. I had to go back a 2nd time in order to hand these in – at which time I was given a reference IRMS 2137223 by Mbau Maphumulo (Gateway MTN store in KZN). Mbau advised that the cancellation cannot be done in the store but that I needed to call MTN and they would do the cancellation. I now call the MTN only to be told by Phakamile Mthembu that I need to go back to the store in order for the cancellation to be done. This is highly unprofessional – MTN needs to train their staff so that the know what they are doing. This is now become a real pain and being a long standing MTN customer, I am now considering moving to another network.
bought a pair of Pierre Cardin boots from Zando - only wore them twice and then one heel came off - its shocking to see such poor workmanship when the boots cost over a thousand rands.
