Well at least they did not reject the claim, BUT!, resulting from a freeway freak accident with a lose fly wheel, my cat went in for mechanical suspension and front repairs, what now after closer inspection when checking my cars fluids and replacing the fan belt which they did not do and a few months back my car was in for its service, all the parts replace are pirate part, so I'm driving a pirate car, one would expect the parts to be replace with original parts, not satifactory at all, what the F@@K am i paying for??
this is the third strike for Makiti Wedding Venue, overnight stay Saturday 29th Nov 2025, No hot water for the second time, could only phone in the morning, management did not even provide feedback, "there seems to be a switch off" after my 3rd call, "your water will be hot in 30min". who ever believes an standard electric geyser can heat up in 30min. and then still make it for BB between 8-9 am, so we could not shower, the other time i paid and booked, and Makiti over booked the could not give me a room for the paid day., i'm disgusted in their service. i will not be making use of Makiti again.
So my rent to own is paid in full, I have sent 4 email for the contract closure a pain infull letter and to arrange deliver of the vechile ownership papers and after 4 email no one has responded, this is the second complaint I have, and im saving this complaint , my first one was somehow removed I was forced to redo the complaint to the extent that Hello Peter contacted me asking if I have Proof, so someone in hello peter is in SA motor lease pocket.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Since reasons I do not want to put here, I for the past year want to restart my RA here. NOTE! for over a year I have been emailing GTC and no one has taken the initiative to phone me or do this via email to effect a RA
Bad customer service, the worst actually, I have been trying for over a year to start a RA with this company, after I had to dissolve mine because of a divorce. so my emails get ignores , and some times one guy namely Victor Mokhati, will cc a bunch of other guys to contact me to restart my RA, but the is no follow up from any one, i have many emails to prove this.
Be careful what you buy here, especially online, I ordered 2 6m long IBR ridging what was delivered with a very rude driver, is very different from what you see online, now it is a fight to get it returned. if one could attach pictures I would.
Placed an online order on the 24 Jan 2025, some items were cancelled by Makro the value of these not delivered items are R311.60. received a refund today 30 Jan 2025. to the Value R285.75. so we can see how they are *****ing money, it is the first time I'm reporting this , but is actually the second time the refund me short.

PET INSURANCE, I was warned by my vet that they are a ***** in the night, but having pet insurance and discovering that how they advertise and what they actually provide as a service are two very thing far apart from each other, as a result I have requested a cancellation, going on form July mu account is still being debited, in my email I requested written confirmation of cancellation, I get ignore from July I have not received a written via email response form Dotsure.
A divorce, and the ex not honouring her side , left me caching up some outstanding accounts, I have scheduled a recurring payment on my bank profile, however Nedbank feel it necessary to ignore that and without any permission debit my bank account on the 13th, is this what banks do now just what they want when they want? can see where this country is going, forget individual right in this supposed to be communist & Gestapo, I mean democratic society.
