I currently have 4 contracts with Vodacom. I eventually managed to upgrade one of the contracts online (after much trouble, as the website kept giving errors). Result: Vodacom upgraded the INCORRECT one (my very own primary number). Because the contract upgrade is not for myself, I only picked this up 21 days after the contract was upgraded. Now Vodacom said they can't fix the problem... I must wait 3 months then they can migrate my contract, but I don't want to migrate my contract. I JUST want the correct contract to be updated! What will happen when I want to upgrade MY primary number with a new phone in the next few months!? The Solution dept at Vodacom told me to JUST GET ANOTHER CONTRACT.... how absurd!? Is there anyone at Vodacom that is capable of fixing this??
