Great Customer Service had become so rare lately, but I am fortunate enough to experience amazing service and after service from Nathia at the Nelspruit branch. I could so easily have sought something cheaper via online purchase, however the service received instilled a loyalty that magnetically draws me to your branch. Thank you Nathia and your colleague for the great and friendly service that prompts me to randomly stop by just to say hello and for your assistance in my purchasing experience, as well as your admirable knowledge of your products. I guess your employer is well aware of your value, but I just thought I'd add to it.
I've chosen to travel with Limetime shuttle service. My trip to Johannesburg was hosted by a rather unfriendly driver making me think it's a norm with shuttle services after a similar experience with another service...but my opinion was pleasantly changed on my trip back to Nelspruit 18/06/25 @ 15h00 when we were warmly welcomed, respectfully communicated to, and leniently addressed (those who were slightly late) by the driver. Well done Limetime for changing the narrative.
Pep Paxi is unreliable, not time effective with poor regards for customer service. Understandably the holidays could delay, but a parcel was dropped off on a Saturday, 27 March, only picked up from the store the Tuesday, lack of customer service considering the upcoming holidays. For R20 more, a parcel was dropped off at the Courier Guy Thursday, 1st April, and was delivered the Saturday, 3 April. Was super impressed with The Courier Guy, definitely worth an additional R20.

I have had a contract with Nashua for years. My account had been taken over by Autopage after Nashua was liquidated.... that being done with absolutely no communication. Having said that. My debit orders are being carried over and transacted in multiple amounts. for e.g. Dec- Feb in one month, No debit order was transacted in March, two were done in April. My numbers are suspended repeatedly - costing me hundreds of Rands in airtym to get re-connected. e.g. I was suspended on Monday, called at a cost of R120, line was opened after verifying receipt of payment...was suspended again the next day, yet again over R60 at my expense to re-connect - and can you believe it? suspended again the next day. This is becoming ridiculous and unacceptable. Managers are always in meetings, there is no call-back service, we are forced to stay on the line at our expense even though we have not defaulted.<br> As far as I'm concerned, this contract had been breached. Please advise asap.
