**** COMPANIES. https://aircons-capetown.co.za/ https://www.chris-hvac.com/ Booked a callout for an aircon service. They spent about 15 minutes onsite "fixing" the issue and then charged a hefty fee. Nothing changed after they left and the aircon is still in an error state. They are ignoring all calls and just put down the phone each time I manage to get hold of anyone. DON'T GET FOOLED BY AIRCONS-CAPE TOWN or CHRIS-HVAC.
I app**** to Rosebank College online in May to do an Advanced Diploma, but encountered significant issues with linking my application and payment due to an error on the payment website. Despite multiple attempts to contact the college, I received no communication and was unable to resolve the issue through their provided contact points. As a result, I left a review on Hello Peter hoping for a resolution. After many phone calls and emails, the problem was eventually fixed, and I hoped it was an isolated incident. However, I am now facing similar issues once again. After uploading all my documents and receiving no response from the college, I had to follow up via email to check the status of my application. Even after accepting the offer letter, I was led to believe that I would be notified about my admission status, but I had to follow up again. Now I’m being informed via email that classes have already started for the semester and that I should have paid a deposit to be registered, yet nowhere on the website or feedback given after accepting the offer letter does it state this. Simply to just wait for a registration link. I’m really confused and utterly disappointed with how this institution operates. My advice to potential students is to consider other options to avoid unnecessary frustration. It seems clear that the college DOES NOT prioritize student support or communication.
I tried to apply to study at Rosebank College. The payment gateway "PayU" took payment and then did not finish loading. Money was taken but no confirmation of receipt given. The agent rep said that he could not see the payment on the application when I managed to get hold of someone and said he would follow up. For the last week I have: - Tried contacting via webchat multiple times over many days but get "high call volumes" and no chat agent. - Tried emailing the rep assigned to my application and have not heard back for a week and no response to my emails. - Tried emailing "drsenquiries" listed on the website and email gets bounced. - Tried contracting via Whatapp, no response. - Tried phoning in and after 40 seconds the call just ends. Not a great start to an application at RC.
Worst Experience! They, don't even deserve 1 star. Ordered an instock item at Snatcher in December before the shipping cutoff date then all just went quiet. I had to email to find out what was happening and just got a snarky reply with their order timelines. After waiting a few more days and still no progress or feedabck I had to follow up again and then asked to cancel the order when the agent completely dismissed my request and decided to "escalate" the order to their suppliers. After requesting to cancel again they said they are going to need to take a 15% fee in order to cancel the order. Now after waiting well over 7 days for a refund I am hearing yet another story about "escalating" the refund to the finance team. Do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Service was good. Towing service arrived in under an hour and the Miway agent checked up on everything throughout the process.
Absolutely appalled by this company!!! When did it all become business before customer service? I made a mistake on the delivery address and messaged the driver before he left for the delivery. He took down the new address and was ready to come but then messaged and said his manager told him he could not do that. I literally watched him drive past may current address to the incorrect one and then cancel the order when there was no one to collect??? Really... what are you guys doing??? DELETE THIS APP!
Avoid this company to save yourself a headache. After many interactions with this company I feel a review is necessary. I have also recommended this company some time ago to friends & family and have been embarrassed by their incompetence, - they do not respond to emails. - support is non existent when you call. - give you strange answers on the phone when they are unsure instead of just being straight. - everything will be always be done "shortly" or "in a few minutes" even if that means a few days. - change premises recently,and just getting back online was a nightmare. - a friend signed up recently and they couldn't understand why Octotel had not been out to install the line until they realized that they had not even processed his application. Now been trying to do a simple line upgrade for a week with no success.
