Thank you OnePlan Pet Insurance, for sending me a gift after losing my dog and sympathising during this time. We did not expect this at all and was really surprised and appreciate the gesture immensely. This candle and note from you, will always be a special reminder of our furbaby.

Be aware of these people, as they are ****mers. Had a signal issue with our DSTV, guy came out and said they needed to replace the LNB and re-align the dish, call out fee was R345 which I agreed to. They installed the incorrect LNB, checked and said everything is working fine and the LNB is compatible with our decoder, got the invoice where they charged R3615.60 for the call out, LNB and re-alignment. When I said it is too expensive, I was told the LNB is already in use and they can't take it back. Still have issues with my DSTV and have to pay a new company to come and resolve the nonsense. Stay FAR away!!
Ordered 2 items of R2205 in Aug 2022. Waited for delivery, constant excuses. Requested a refund, but was denied. Eventually after a very long period and constant mails, phone calls, as well as w/app and sms, the goods arrived. Unfortunately, the quality was horrible and NOT AT ALL like the pictures. Very very disappointed. Won't recommend ordering from this company at all!!!

Fast awesome customer service today for a leak pipe. Special thanks to Lemphile Tshabalala from Brolink that registered my claim and marked it as urgent. Assuring plumbers came out the same day and issue sorted on a Friday afternoon. Very impressed with fast, friendly and helpful service.

My dog had an accident and needed an operation urgently. I contacted Oneplan, sent all the documents through and she went for the operation the same day. After surgery, I sent them the invoices and the same day they notified me that it has been approved. I was so relieved and happy. Awesome customer service, hassle free claim and no other issues. Looking forward to put my other babies on their pet insurance as well and looking forward to a bright future with them and Oneplan!!
Ordered goods from Snatcher, received many empty promises on when delivery will take place. After 3 weeks, got told there is no stock. Cancelled order and asked for a refund. After many e-mails and empty promises AGAIN, still no refund received after almost 4 weeks. WILL NEVER EVER in my life order from Snatcher again and also advise all my friends and family to NOT order from them. Very very BAD service!!!
<p>Just as I thought customer service from Telkom could not get worse, they manage to proof me wrong!! My complaint has been outstanding for 5 weeks, still not sorted out! Complaint has been closed twice and every time the last comment says I have been contacted (although NO ONE contacted me) and then when I tell customer care that and that my problem was not resolved, I just get told I have to open a new case???? I have requested to speak to a supervisor / manager on 4 different occasions (3 via phone and 1 I mailed the supervisor / manager), but not 1 of them have EVER phoned me back. They are always too busy to speak to me and NEVER get back to me. I am SICK of this HORRIBLE service. Was the worst decision ever to move from my service profider to Telkom :(</p>
