<p>Parents of babies & toddlers:</p> <p>I was at Cresta Shopping Centre with my baby today. <br />I was bowled over by the amazing "family room" in the food and entertainment area, next to Toy Kingdom!</p> <p>Firstly, it felt safe, with a security guard opening and closing an electronic door after signing in.</p> <p>Secondly, it is neat as a pin; it felt like you can eat from the floor! It is also decorated so aesthetically appealing.</p> <p>Finally, it is well equipped and properly maintained: there are several change stations, feeding chairs, a family WC and even areas to keep the other kids busy while you are feeding.</p> <p>Well done, Cresta! Thanks that I do not need to feed my baby in a public toilet cubicle or struggle in public. May other businesses follow in your footsteps!
<p>I am elated to finally throw out our biggest purchase mistake ever: a Kelvinator gas stove/electric oven. </p> <p> </p> <p>We purchased it (new) 4 years ago, and with the exception of the first couple of months (probably 6 months), had problems with it every 4-6 months (just as the previous repairs were out of warranty). A customer call centre agent even said at one point that she cannot believe the amount of problems we are experiencing with the oven!</p> <p> </p> <p>The service department NEVER gives feedback as promised to resolve the issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>We spent more on repairs, labour, parts and telephone calls than on the product itself. </p> <p> </p> <p>To all potential buyers: </p> <p>I will never, ever touch any Kelvinator, AEG and Electrolux (affiliated companies) products in a million years. The product and service was absolutely appalling! </p> <p>Please spare yourself the frustration and lots of money in baking ingredients. Rather save a bit longer and buy something that will actually work and bring enjoyment in the kitchen.</p>
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Che Jagger from London Chimney Sweep for the great service rendered. <br> <br> In addition to the requested task of cleaning our chimney, Che and his team expressed their concern about how the fireplace was \renovated\" by Crystal Fires (at almost the price of a new fireplace), and even informed us of some safety critical things that Crystal Fires left undone. This was NOT to secure additional work for themselves, as it is not their speciality. He rather referred me to an industry specialist in the field, Musa Fires, whose service was also excellent. <br> <br> Winter is approaching
I would like to thank Musa Fires for the fantastic service delivered with the installation of a new chimney pipe, after Crystal Fires made an absolute mess of the job (and disappeared there after). <br> <br> Musa came out promptly, sent a quote straight away, followed up with us on sms, and installed the pipe SO skillfully and neat.
