I would like to thank Fairlynne for the outstanding, out-of-this-world service she provides. We bought six inverters for the staff last year, and one of them had an issue (which we found to be a user error). GeeWizz did a full report on the unit, only to find that it is still working. Companies like GeeWizz and staff like Fairlynne are few and far between. GeeWizz has excellent prices, a wide variety, quick delivery, and exceptional after-sales service. Keep it up. Thank you!

No resolution on HOC Claim. The last week I made 7 calls to your claims call center, held on for over an hour and a half. Left messages for a team leader, a manager, spoke to a manger, who promised feedback by yesterday. No feedback. Over a month to sort out a pipe claim. Your claims process is failing.
My mother who is retired was advised she is ready to upgrade, she went to the store and got a new phone as per normal - on the same number. She found out on her statement she now pays two monthly fees. When going to the Cell-C store she was advised that they opened a new contract?!!!<br> We have had no success in store or the call Centre. The store attendants advised the matter should be resolved by the call centre. They even told her they receive the same service from the call centre and that your company are known to trick clients like this. The calls at the call centre gets dropped constantly, they advise the matter will be referred. Endless stories! This has been going on for a month.<br> She put a stop order on her account and they have blocked her number - which were expected. Can someone please contact us - me, as her number is now blocked? To sort this issue out?<br> <br>
