Pro Quick - You Rock!
Pro Quick Motors - you guys are the best in the business! Just when I gave up, being ignored, not assisted by another famous dealership in the same area, claiming they have the best customer service on radio ads etc, Pro Quick was the only dealership who immediately assisted me, attended to my request and kept me informed all the way. I managed to get finance and a beautiful car. All my concerns are attended to timeously and Grobbie is always willing to go the extra mile to keep us safe and happy. Great work guys!

Tow-In Service & Road Side Assistance
Please explain this to me. Your consultant confirmed i have roadside assitance and Tow-in assistance. But when we need you to help as my husband is stuck next to the road, you inform him you can only tow 40km and if more than than, he needs to pay cash R600 - he is 58km away from home!!!!!!! This is really unacceptable. Where does this show in my policy agreement ? When you take your debit order monthly you have no issues but when attempting to get a service, you conveniently find a way to further make it diffucult and get even more money. You do NOT live up to your promises when advertising your company. May I add, you even offer my husband to stop at the ATM on the way to draw the money!! I will be seeking a new company for insurance. You will not get my money any longer. Pathethic - As usual, always little fine print somewhere !

<p>Nedbank.... How can a reputable service provider like yourselves employ such a rude, disrespectfull person??? Have you read all the complaints against this employee Siviwe Dyomfana??? Do yourselves a favour and go and google his name and mfc. SHOCKING TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!</p> <p>He has NO tact, professionalism, or human relation s****s to deal with people - your customers. </p> <p>We have had enough of his bad attitude and will no longer be harassed by this utterly rude individual. May I add, we owe Nedbank R1k that is overdue and the reasons thereof was explained a trillion times but Mr know it all, Siviwe Dyomfana treats you like a criminal!! Go and listen to the recordings he is making to your customers! Disturbing and unacceptable!!!!! Listen for once Nedbank! </p> <p> </p>
