I am a Telkom mobile customer with multiple accounts. Some of my accounts were terminated by Telkom and handed over for collections to several companies, one of which being VVM Attorneys. Since they contacted me the first time last year to make payment arrangements for the 2 accounts with them they have been phoning me every single month to "remind me" of my payment arrangement, even though I have made 14 payments on each of the accounts to them. No matter what they refuse to stop. They also **** about the amounts outstanding. When I contacted Telkom in this regard the call centre agent responsible for accounts informed me that I can make payments to them direct and no longer to VVM Attorneys. I have since made 2 payments on each if these accounts to Telkom direct and VVM is still contacting me and my son who is not the account holder and trying to force me to pay them since according to them Telkom is not allowed to make their own payment arrangements with customers.
I phoned in as an irate customer because my router has been giving me problems and got through to Khomotso Mokala. She was friendly, efficient and a joy to deal with. She sent me the information I required via email and my problem has been sorted out. Thank you so much for having someone like this on your team. Keep up the good work.
