WORST COMPANY TO TRY AND LOG ISSUES OR MAKE CONTACT WITH. CALL CENTRE PERSONNEL TAKE UP TO 10 MINUTES TO PUT IN A 1 LINER THEN WAIT AGAIN FOR A TIME FOR A SECOND LINER. THEY DO NOT CORRECTLY READ/UNDERSTAND THE TEXT MESSAGE SENT, GO "QUIET" FOR THE ABOVE PERIODS (OBVIOUSLY ADDRESSING A NUMBER OF CLIENTS WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE. SHOULD BE 1 AT A TIME TO GET THE ISSUE FULLY UNDERSTOOD AND ATTENTION TO RESOLVE. HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. I WILL BE LOOKING TO CHANGE SERVICE PROVIDER IF THIS CONTINUES
My wife and I spent a Friday evening there. Despite giving in our order we noticed that it was getting late but no food was delivered. The folk at the table next to us arrived after us but had finished their entrees as well as main course. On querying with the waitress still nothing happened. However when I then approached the manager, he immediately addressed the issue. He made the waitress own up to her error and supplied us with complimentary drinks. Our two courses then came at amazing speed. The manager then treated us to sweets on the house. The way the manager handled the situation was exceptional. Will we go back? Definitely!! treated to
We requested a number of months of Rates and Taxes Invoices from the Municipality. After being referred to an email address from a helpful person and at length explaining that we had never, repeat never received them and urgently require them form SARS this curt reply, which shows little or no interest in the matter : "Previous statement are on cost".
Exceptional setting, gardens, service, accommodation and food.
A belated review due to unforeseen circumstances. My wife and I had the pleasure to celebrate our 38th Wedding Anniversary at the De Oude Kraal Fine dining Restaurant. What a fabulous experience - From making the dinner reservation, to leaving!! The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding - and to really crown it all, we were given the cellar to enjoy this special event. It made our whole experience so intimate and special. Our heartfelt thanks to the staff on duty for making this a very memorable anniversary celebration. No secret where we will spend our future special events!
The voice channel of our Bloemfontein landline (thanfully not ADSL as well) has been out of order for 8 days. It was reported on Monday 11 Dec with the following response : " Dear customer,Fault Ref ********** 8 has been created to fix voice productr 051 ########## and Fixed_Voice_Main. Telkom will endeavour to resolve this problem asap. Apologies for the inconvenenience. .... " On Thursday 14 Dec I personally went to a TELKOM outlet to follow up on the matter. The service given was to dial a number and handed me the phone to deal with a service call centre agent using the same type of flowery language. "Will contact the Technical Section and see how far they are and see if they can speed up." We run our business from home, with the line essential! Obviously still no response two days later! When reporting previous issues in 2016 the reporting service as well as the technical service on site was impeccable! Approximately a year later and the typical call centre lack-lustre, non-responsive, unprofessional and unacceptable customer care which is becoming the norm in South Africa was experienced.
