SOLNET AKA RUDI NOT HONORING THEIR WARRANTIES
6 Weeks ago Solnet aka Rudi install a solar geyser with GeyserWise management station. My hous eis 2 stories high and evertyhing function fine till the management station is giving E3 and E5 issues and I logged the call on them. I was sold a complete installation and quoted for items with a 5 year warranty and one year on the element. No 6 months later he want to charge me R1250 callout to come and remove the Geyserwise system and replace with new one telling me Geyserwise did not approve them for installing this in my area. And when I told him I bought it from him he laughed and put down the phone in my ear.

Durathem No Service No Warranty
Worst ever - logged a service call a week ago by email and tel and not even a lsightest of response. Their phones does not exist .. A farce STAY AWAY!!!!

Extremely Bad Service Problem not solved ( 3 mo
Cell phone No 0823786827 <br> Ref Number S3-8ZG2V-V4M9X<br> <br> Logged call on 4 Jan, again on on 15 Jan and again 4 Feb for number above.<br> Have 6 contract phones running my business<br> End December all the phones lost signal and lost calls intermittantly<br> After 2nd call on 4 Feb a technician came around and confirm me that I have almost no signal - He promised by same week Friday that the planners will be contacted to increase the signal direction up or down.<br> If that doesn't work they will install booster<br> I phoned twice already as I get no feedback nor any update and problem still unsolved ....<br> My signal was perfect with High Speed and voice and now I don't get voice calls<br> <br> Johan 0224857310/7118 as my cell phone not working
