Hi I just ordered two lemon, ****** freeze at Big Ben Engen Garage in Midrand and they taste like lemonade, they lack zero ******. I was speaking to the consultation and she advised it comes premixed so it's not a lack of her mixing from her side. I had a similar drink in PE and it was greatly mixed with a lovely balance of lemon and ******, but this one was an absolute miss. May you please correct and check that it comes very balanced when going to the stores. Regards
They kept me up to date on my vehicle via sms, they were courteous when i was at the workshop when dropping my car and when picking it up. My car looks great.
Hi, I have just received a call from your contact centre (031 007 6608) asking if im interested in the Sanlam Credit Card. The lady went through her sales pitch which I gave time to listen to, as soon as I advised that I am not interested she hung up. No thankyou for your time or any show of manners. Can you please address this, it leaves a bad taste in ones mouth, alternatively if they can ask if we interested in listening at the beginning so that we can say no, Ill understand a person hanging up rudely, but not after i have given you my time to listen to a pitch i didnt ask for. I contacted Lovemore in February 2021 wanting to extend my kitchen, that didn't happen and I asked for a tv stand and study table quoted at R4000 for both. I paid the deposit whilst he was in my house of R2400. Because of non delivery I asked in June for my money back. To date, I have not received my money back and all I get are stories that have nothing to do with me about why I'm not getting my money back. 0657324919 and 0718357744 are their business numbers. I'm sure there are some people happy with, I am not and have been begging for my refund for months now.
Hi <br> I took out a 2gig contract last year, when I took it what I understood was that every month I get 2 gig of data. What I didn't know about it and I found out now when I spoke to Pontsho fom the call centre today, is that there is something called a night time express data for 2gig that came with the package. My problem with this is that when I check my balance, it doesn't differentiate between the night data and the day data. I have recently run up a bill of over R600 because of internet usage coz everytime i checked my balance I had a positive data balance whereas it was the night time balance, so I'd think Im well within my data spend except I am running a daytime bill on the side which I am unaware of. This is an ommision from MTN which has cost me a good R600+, how are we going to rectify this grave costly ommision because I did not know about this up until 5min ago,and no-one from MTN made mention of this before. I do get that MTN is always sorry about these things happening etc etc, but can we please come up with a solution and a response that will make sense to me other than a standard PR apology. Your ommision has cost me money, I want my money back
Good day,<br> <br> I received an invoice that I believe was incorrect. I called numerous times asking for an itemised billing that would show how I used my data and how I would have run up a bill of that much when I carry my data over every month. I explained that I do not mind paying but I need to know why and how my bill got to that amount when I do not download movies etc. To this day, I am pretty sure I spoke to over 5 consultants on this matter. Mcebisi sent through a billing but I him that I cannot open it. He then said that I should send an email- which I did- and he will resend it and I will then open it from work since my laptop was not allowing me to download the application needed to open the itemised billing. I then called again last week and explained to the next consultant that I still need my itemised billing, he told me he has re-requested for the billing and someone will call me the next day regarding the itemised billing. <br> I have to date not received the doc requested, I have not received a call from the itemized billings dept and I have paid this bill. Please advise on what my next step should be?
