Appalled by the sloppy service received from Mi7..I received a call from the Control Room, and was informed that an armed response vehicle will be sent to my house, as the alarm went off, and nobody was at home at that time, and they'll provide feedback shortly. After 2hrs from the call from the Control Room, I called them back, to follow up and find out what was going on. I was informed that the armed response was at my house and did an inspection and found everything to be in order.l, and the reason for not calling me back, was due to their telephones not functioning properly. I don't know how it's my problem, as I'm a paying customer for their services? When we got home in the afternoon, we found the door of the outside room to be open. My question now is, was the security guards really at the premises, did they do a proper inspection, or did the Control Room just tell me a lie to make me feel at ease? I'm really disappointed, and losing faith in this business
I'm appalled by the Lack of Maintenance on some of the equipment, at Planet Fitness at Midlands Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg. In the 6 months that I have been there, the defective equipment up until today has not yet been attempted too, to be Serviced/Fixed. I did enquire with reception, and got told that Instructions to repair, would come from Head Office. I would like to know, what Planet Fitness is doing with the membership fees, which we as customers are paying every month, to use their equipment , which half of it is not even working properly? It's pointless going to a Gym, if half of the equipment is out of order, and having to wait for someone to finish using the equipment/machinery which you also would like to use, is quite frustrating 😡
I was driving in town during traffic hour, when one of their drivers ignored a red traffic light and drove right in front of me. The driver made no intention of stopping where the traffic light was red for him, and did not even have his indicators on indicating that he's turning into the main road which I was travelling on. I called their control room to lodge a complaint, and got told I will get a call back , 1hr went by and I haven't received a call, I then called again and got told I will get a call back in 30 minutes time as the driver has been instructed to return to the offices. 4 hours went by and I still haven't received a call from them. This driver almost caused an unnecessary accident due to his arrogance of avoiding stopping at a red traffic light.
Very dissapointed that Pick and Pay don't have some of the items in stock being advertised on their pamphlets. I went to 6 different Pick and Pay stores in the Midlands Region, in the weeks that the specials was on for, and not even one store had stock of their "Mellerware" kettles being advertised for R199 on their pamphlets. It's not a first time that we couldn't find items being advertised on their pamphlets and then they don't have stock of said items. Tried getting hold of Waste Department for several days with no success .Our skip is overloaded with refuse and is creating a health risk. I called Mr Lulamile Mapholoba , who advised me to call him after 14:00pm as he was in a meeting , when I called him again after 14:00pm , his phone was off. I then tried calling Mr Wilson Mhlongo who is responsible for waste management department, and the phones are just ringing...
A parcel was sent to us from Postnet Karaglen Edenvale, to their Postnet branch in Howick ,upon receiving our parcel we discovered that the type of tape that was used to seal the container was tampered with and a different type of tape was used to seal off the container, upon further investigation when we opened the container , we found one of the items missing that was supposed to be there. We have tried to get hold of the Postnet Karaglen branch to find out what's going on , but no success due to their website saying they're "temporarily closed" , which is very strange and got us thinking why now all of a sudden ? Its been over a month since we tried to get hold of Postnet Karaglen branch,as well as other avenues,including aramex,to clarify on what's going on , but all fingers are pointing to Postnet Karaglen. I want to ask you Postnet Karaglen , how do you explain to your child that the present her uncle sent to her via post/courier , didn't arrive because it went missing/got stolen in the transporting process??? Please answer me that question, I will not make use of Postnet (karaglen) ever again due to poor customer service
Went to Rex Diff & Gearbox on 9 April 2022 , after making arrangements to meet up with one of their mechanics (assumably) on a Saturday morning to take our vehicle for a test drive and diagnose the problem on our vehicles gearbox.The mechanic ( assumably) , did a test drive and gave us feedback of what he think the problem might be and told us that he will work out a quote for us , and should have it within an hour or on that Monday latest. I called them again on the 16th of May 2022 , to query about the qoute , just to be told that they completely forgot about it , and was told that they don't do test drives on a Saturday where it clearly states on their website that they indeed do with special arrangements being made , and also being called "boet" over the phone is not acceptable, specially when you're dealing with a customer. Up to date 23rd May 2022 I have not yet received any quote or any other form of communication from them. I would not recommend this business to anyone due to poor customer service ,negligence ,ill discipline and bad behavior towards customers. I will take my business somewhere else where a customer gets treated like a customer ,and where they're serious about their business...
I recently took my vehicle to "East Coast Power Steering and Brake " in pietermaritzburg ,for the rear brakes to be fixed on my vehicle.Upon on collecting my vehicle I found the brakes to be in a worse condition than it was before , I was informed by one of the admins that it's normal to feel like it as the brake pads needs time to settle in and that I should bring back my vehicle again for the brakes to be reset.The day after ,the mechanics reset the brakes ,and it felt fine , until I got home.The next day it felt worse than the day before.I didn't bother to call them again, as it is a waste of time,and fuel to drive to them all the time.Now I drive a vehicle with defective brakes and a handbrake that doesn't even function properly.My vehicle's handbrake worked 10 times better before I went to them..My wife also took her vehicle to them for another type of problem, as our mechanic advised us that they'll be the best option to repair it the problem on her vehicle, only to be told by them that there's something else wrong , which there wasn't...I've spent a lot of money on them to get my brakes working like new again, which isn't the case, and I refuse to go back to them as I fear they might find something else wrong to use as an excuse , and end up paying even more for something that wasn't necessary to be fixed , and end up with a car that worse off than before...I WON'T RECOMMEND"East Coast Power Sterling and Brake" in pietermaritzburg to anyone at all , for their service is not satisfactory
