Order number:OD436950417341343100 To say I am disappointed will be an understatement.I have been waiting since early this morning at home,not going out nor taking any or making cellphone calls, for a Makro parcel that was never booked for delivery. This was confirmed by the Makro call centre 5 mins ago.It was supposed to be delivered today for an urgent purpose, but it seems Makro online and Makro Cape Gate does not need our support, less even our business. This is not just disappointing but disgusting coming from a business brand like Makro.
I purchased an Alva Electric Quartz Heater-800W from Takealot.com(12 month manufacturer warranty) on 05 August 2024, but the halogen bulbs had proven to be very unreliable, just like Stingray manufacturers themselves. Several emails & contact forms to them & they have not responded.Will think twice before purchasing any of their products,
From zero stars to five stars!. Santam insurance's Miss Aqeela Rajap turned this rating around.....From complaint to compliment. Ms Rajap's communication was professional,informative & highly effective in addressing my issue. I was on the verge of leaving SANTAM, but because of Ms. Rajap's undeniable efficiency & care shown, I have decided to stay with Santam. RE: Complaint reference:1001495340 For the benefit of Hello Peter followers: Just a follow up email wrt the complaint I had logged with your call centre yesterday,27/11/2022. The truly shocking ''customer service" I received from the management of PnP Kenilworth centre in Cape Town has left a bad taste in the mouth. I had always thought Pick n Pay was another name for professionalism, ethical & righteous behaviour & honesty. But you, Pick n Pay have proved me so wrong. I was always in two minds if closing my PnP store card account was the right thing to have done, but thank you for the tick in the box that I was correct. If that was the behaviour of senior management from a PnP store on a point that they were wrong, then I guess I should move on to a different supermarket chain that will value my support. PS: I spoke to a PnP online orders consultant yesterday after the incident by name of Caz/Kaz, & explained everything. He was in total agreement with me that I was correct. I had received wonderful customer service from Lethu & Caitlyn of Rosmead Pick n Pay where I got the assistance I needed. I have experienced for the first time that an individual(in this case the KC branch manager) is bigger than the company PnP itself.
My family & I recently moved into a new home & were faced with electrical & plumbing issues. Through Santam, we were introduced to DEESF, who are certified electric & plumbing specialists. A special note of thanks to Hamilton & Villain(yes that's his name) for their outstanding service. Their attention to detail & work ethic was impeccable. Thank you Santam & DEESF for making things easier for my family & me.......
Once again Santam has not disappointed us during the processing of our motor vehicle claim. Oversalted,overspiced Masala steak Gatsby received over the weekend,Saturday 04 June 2022 from this eatery.Attempts to get a response via email has failed. Telephonic conversation I had with the 'manager' Rafiek proved fruitless as he wants to refer the complaint to the owner first for a resolution.Which manager worth his salt, does not have the power or authorisation to handle a complaint or sort out a serious problem brought to their attention by a customer.Please Capetonians,do not buy your fast food from Mariam's Kitchen in Fores****,Cape Town.Their food & customer service is truly atrocious......
