I bought a high-value item from their website. The price was very good. Their service was great. I was communicated with about delivery at every step. This was generally a great online shopping experience.
I was a little apprehensive about buying from Luvland online after seeing some bad reviews here. In the end, I took the risk and had a great experience. The process was simple. The product range is big. Communication around delivery was frequent and my order was delivered within 3 days of ordering. All-in-all it was a great experience.
We called Telkom to cancel our ADSL ISP account and were quite specific that the e-mails should not be cancelled. We were told that it would happen immediately.<br> 30 minutes later all our e-mails stopped working. We called back and were told that we had cancelled the e-mail account as well as the ISP account and that nothing could be done. <br> <br> All our e-mail accounts on our domain are now no longer working and we are being told that there is nothing Telkom can do about it. Besides serious business interruption this is causing major frustration.<br> <br> I can't understand how all addresses can be deleted (when we were specific that they shouldn't be) in 30 minutes and then there is nothing that can be done to have them re-instated.
