For more than 25 years, MWEB has been my favourite company. The best service and the best staff. The staff are still great but MWEB installed a new system without notifying clients or training their staff. They installed fibre 2 weeks ago. It has never worked! Over 16 hours on my cellphone to MWEB who tell me it is MY FAULT, FrogFoot have been here 5 times and it is an MWEB problem. After 30 years, I have no option but to remove MWeb from my life. Whoever installed this new system should be removed from the company. Why didn't you notify your customers that they needed to register to receive an OTP? Your staff blame me for blocking SMS's from MWeb. I am NOT blocking them. I don't get them! It has been 2 weeks and MWeb have done ZERO to resolve the problem.
I will n0t use Hell0Peter again. I l0gged a valid c0mplaint that Hell0Peter deleted because as per. 0utSurance I didn’t have a p0licy. I c0uld pr0vei had a p0licybut y0u still deleted my c0mplaint. Why???
Every 2nd AD on DSTV is Outsurance. Perhaps if they spent less on advertising, they would be able to deliver their promises? Start rate is good but after 5 years and very poor claims experience, I changed companies. Exactly the same insurance on car and property was R780 less per month. While my car devalued substantially every year, Outsurance increased the premium every year. The claim was a joke. I had to pay Outsurance R4280 excess on every claim even though I am 69 and should not be paying an excess. Their quotes were crazy! I had to pay excess on each of 3 problems caused by the same storm. They used quotes from Durban ... 250 km from here! I had all the work done for R3950. Less than ONE excess. I do not think that Outsurance is dishonest but they need to get their act together! Listen to the customer and don't offer insurance in areas that you don't understand.
Until my last upgrade, I have never had a problem with Vodacom. Ni I have a phone I cannot use, I cannot log on o my Vodacom account and phoning Vodacom is a waste of time. i have spent at least 10 hours on the phone to Vodacom. They never answer. It's just muzak! No chance of ever talking to an agent. This is a simple problem but I need assistance from Vodacom to fix it. Their advice is to go to Vodacom shop. I think that's who caused the problem.
Great medical aid. Not sure if I want the vaccine but at least you are doing more than our useless govt will ever do. I will take your advice.
Hillcrest Hospital is the best! Brilliant doctors, fantastic nurses, care and even the food is good. Everyone complains about hospital food. When you start complaining, it's time to go home! I have been in many hospitals when all I can eat is dry toast and jam in the morning. Most hospitals in KZN are Halaal so the choices are curry meat, curry chicken and curry veges. They even sprinkle masala over a fried egg and a salad while the doctors are telling me that I MUST eat. Eat what? Busamed have it all. Best doctors, best nursing staff and best food! Keep up the great service and keep your great doctors and nurses. My doctor is Dr Tarkowski. Brilliant surgeon but a long way from where I live.
Outsurance rely on the fact that they can get monthly premiums for 5-7 years before the client claims and then finds out that Outsurance does NOT pay claims. They have no problem If you cancel your policy because they can find many more idiots who believe their advertising. Life was great while I paid the premiums every month for over 5 years. I claimed and found out the truth.
I have just cancelled my Outsurance Policy. It was so so much easier than getting a new policy or a claim paid. They are so good at collecting premiums but that is where their service ends.
So disappointed with the Vodacom shop in the Shelly Centre. I have never had a problem with the Vodacom shop at the South Coast Mall. I struggle to walk and cannot drive so I went to Shelly Centre every in hope that I would be able to resolve the problems with my cellphone. After an hour in the queue outside the shop and queue is not moving, I give up. Yesterday, I queued for an hour to get into the shop and was in another queue for over an hour. This time we had stools to sit on. I eventually saw the wonderful Linda. She is brilliant and assisted 3 other clients while she transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. I watched staff gong out on their lunch break. There was Linda and one other when she sad I would need to see someone else to complete the job. She said sit at John's desk because he will back soon and it would take 10-15 minutes, I had been there nearly 3 hours and I was exhausted but I could manage another 15 minutes. John came back with a client and went to another work station. I now need to get a lift to South Coast Mall so Vodacom can assist me. Linda at Shelly did 95% of the job. I was there for over 3 hours and could not face another hour! The Vodacom Shelly shop has always been bad news. It is either short staffed or it is not being managed. I suggest that the Vodacom at South Coast Mall steal Linda and Vodacom either close Shelly Centre, increase staff or employ a good manager.
There are so many great businesses! After HelloPeter, my top 3 are Woolworths, MWeb and Telkom.
