Time to fix Samsung washing machine - 5 weeks Pricing - 3/5 Technical knowledge- 2.5/5 Customer service-1.5/5 Communication- 1/5 (unless they are awaiting payment) Frustration in dealing with company - 5/5 Find a more professional company to fix your appliance if you value your sanity- this company treats customers like garbage.
2 months ago I was double charged on my credit card at checkers. I sent the required documents through to have one of the charges reversed on 24 May 2021. To date I have had no feedback or resolution or even a phone call. I logged a complaint over a week ago, but nothing resulted from that either FNB your service is slipping
FNB Cancelled my Credit card account! Last week Tuesday out of the blue I recieved a phone call from FNB to ask if I was sure I wanted to cancel my credit card account. I said absolutely not. I did not make this request and they could not tell me where it originated from. On Friday I was at the shop and low and behold my credit card had been cancelled, as well as the account dissapearing from my app I spoke to the call centre on Friday who said it would be up and running by Saturday or someone would call me... Nothing I phoned the Credit card division today to get the same response...Please help me urgently How can a bank just close someones account with no instruction?! I am concerned my transactional history and my ebucks\fees will be affected as well. Please also investigate where the initial closure request came from?
I went to the Body shop at Nicolway today to purchase some Christmas gifts. At the middle front of the store there is a sign which advertises “3 for 2 on everything” with multiple coloured box underneath it with 2 or 3 products in each (the same boxes appear on the sign). I tried to pay but was informed that these are considered gift boxes and are not part of the promotion (in very small writing it says gift boxes are excluded). After much debate with the cashier i ended up buying the individual products to benefit from the 3 for 2 (it would have cost R100 more to but the boxed versions). This advertising is misleading at best, and put a dent in my Christmas shopping fun. My advice..just be transparent with your customers and don’t try and trick them
<p>i ordered a rabbit cage from Yolandi which was delivered more than a week late after much run around. Yolandi takes cash upfront before she will place your order with the supplier which causes much frustration when actually trying to get your item. In compensation for the delay Yolandi promised me another item which has still not been delivered almost 5 weeks later. Do yourself a favour and avoid the frustration of dealing with this business who consistently fails to deliver or answer your messages</p> <p> </p>
This month I renovated my house, and acquired all tiles and wooden floors at CTM Lonehill.<br> CTM really made the experience very pleasant from the sales stage, Collection of the goods all the way up until I came to return the excess stock which I didn't need. At every point in the chain I found the staff helpful and friendly, and great customer experience which is so rare in South Africa these days deserves a special mention.<br> <br> Thanks for making the stressful experience of renovating so pleasant! I can highly recommend the CTM lonehill branch
